I called Lanthorn …Ms Dawn took my information and became my best advocate she call the manufacturer of my water heater and within a couple a days I had a brand new water heater. I have full trust in Lanthorn plumbing as I have used them going on a few years. I called 1st thing this morning (0800) of a possible clog line. Spoke with Kim. Water was backing up in Shower and Toilet. She had a team at my house within a few hours. Joseph and a co-worker were professional and courtesy. Explained the situation and after discussion of cost they went to work. Thank you Paul of Lanthorn Plumbing of having certified technicians working for you.

Called for service to fix leak so they claim they fixed it. Months later leak is worse, so I called them again now it’s to hot outside for them to there job. I’ve wasted 600 dollars with them. Don’t make the same mistake….. THE LAST PICTURE IS MICHAEL AN SONS. I thank them for getting the job done

Water Heater installation

Some of my thoughts.
1. Valve is not even on the drip pan,
2. Didn't use primer when connecting pipe,
3. Pipe too short, so just vent it,
4. Recycle old pipe cpvc (flexible metal pipe would have been more stable and nice,, but hmm)
5. Drain pan doesn't even fit the water heater,
6. Water heater blocking the drain from drain pan,
7. Asked 100 more for 20 drip pan (oh phone, we agreed that drip pan would be included)
8. Called 300 more than what was agreed on the phone (on phone, agreed that pipe work near would be included but he decided to charge more. And he said "I don't like hassling with price")

Very knowledgeable, affordable, and great service. The guys installed my water heater perfectly and everything looks great.

I hired Lanthorn Plumbers for plumbing work on my commercial fitness studio project. Unfortunately, this was one of the most frustrating contractor experiences I've had:

Major Issues:
1. Missed 3 scheduled inspections, causing significant delays to my project timeline
2. Failed 2 inspections due to poor workmanship
3. The only inspection that passed was after I had to fix their work myself
4. Contract disputes over scope of work - they agreed to install two showers but then refused to include shower pans and handles. They did agree eventually, but this delayed their work further.

Impact:
As a business owner trying to open my studio, these delays and quality issues cost me time and money. Having to personally fix work that I paid professionals to do correctly is unacceptable.

Bottom Line:
I cannot recommend Lanthorn Plumbers for any commercial or residential project. Their unreliability, poor workmanship, and contract disputes made an already stressful construction process much worse.

Save yourself the headache and find a more reliable plumber who stands behind their work and shows up when scheduled.

Great service! I had an interior water leak at my house and they were able to come out and fix it within a few hours of calling. Communication was great. Highly recommend.

The technicians arrived, performed the repair need. They were pleasant to work with. They were professional I. They did not waste anytime in completing the job. I hope they will come back and do some electrical work that I need.

Nice company and Joe & Zach sent were prompt, professional and respected my requests to wear shoe covers in the house. They did great work, provided an honest up front cost and did all as promised. Would call them again for any of my plumbing needs.

Lanthorn Plumbing - Excellant Customer Service and Highly Trained Technicians. I have been calling Lanthorn Plumbing for our house almost 12 years and they havn't let me down yet. They even take care of my gas house generator and any other project I come up with! I call no one else because they can do it all with the care and trust we all look for.

We had a major plumbing problem that required the replacement of ALL of our hot and cold plumbing in our house. Matt and Robby worked nearly every day over the holidays to get it done. They had occasional help from Keith, Paul, and others but 90% of the work was those two. They respected our house by minimizing the cuts in the drywall and also ensured that all the pipes in the attic were completely insulated. We waited for two months and plenty of cold weather to verify and every line is still functional and dry on the outside. We would recommend this company and Matt & Robby specifically to anyone else needing plumbing work!

Zach came out the same day I called to take a look at the kitchen sink we bought to replace our old one. He was super kind and swapped out the sink, ran the new drain lines, and reinstalled the garbage disposal same day. Looks great and is all watertight. Would recommend! Corey was fantastic, called Monday for Water heater installation estimate and he installed it with out any issues the next day. Great company to work with for best price around. Veterans Corey is a Vet himself and takes care of his fellow service members. Do not hesitate, could not be happier with the service of CNS.

Corey and his crew are great! They showed up on time and have honest and reasonable prices. Corey is a very knowledgeable plumber and helped us out when we needed our toilet and pipes fixed. We called around and couldn't get a plumber within the week and their prices were outrageous. Call them you won't be disappointed!

Called Cory on Sunday afternoon to price the installation of a new water heater. Not only did Cory answered the phone on Sunday, he was here on Moday afternoon. Cory quoted us a fair price and installed the water heater perfectly. I would definetly recommend him for any plumbing needs.
