My experience with CNS Plumbing was all positive. This young man came in with a storehouse of knowledge in this field. He is one who will investigate the situation before commencing to make any repairs unlike so many other who sells a bill of fluff. He is a hard worker who will get you to satisfaction, give him an opportunity you won’t regret.

They were the only ones to give me an actual time. I called other plumbing places that just gave me slots or next day and were uncertain when they would be the same day. My ceiling was leaking water I didn’t need an uncertainty. He came 3 hours after I called and fixed the issue immediately and did a great job. Will be recommending to everyone now!

I highly recommend CNS. Corey is fantastic. Not only did he come out on short notice, on a weekend, after hours, but he was meticulous in the job. He made sure everything was working properly and even went the extra mile to make sure that I didn’t have any other leaks in my house. I will definitely call them again.

Recently purchased a home and needed an additional outdoor spigot installed. We called a few local plumbing companies and received little communication, no communication or very vague communication around cost/availability. After waiting 2 weeks to “fit” in the books, we gave Corey a call and asked for a quote and potential availability and he really showed the other guys up! He was upfront, friendly, affordable and went above and beyond. While in our crawl space installing our spigot, he noticed some standing water and offered to get it out of there for us in the moment even though it was already pretty late in the day. He gave us recommendations for someone to reach out to for potential solutions, gave us some ideas on other plumbing projects we wanted done soon but weren’t sure how they would work and did all of that with patience and care.

Amazing service provided by a genuine business owner with your best interests at heart. I will not hesitate to call Corey again soon and hope you will do the same! You won’t be disappointed!

They were great. Called them and they came the same day and fixed the issue with quickness. They even gave us tips on how to prevent my tub from clogging. The pricing was fair and fantastic. Before they came, I had another plumber quoting me 700 to fix the same issue. Highly highly recommend

The other companies were definitely trying to take me for a ride with their quotes so I am thankful that I found CNS. Everything from the communication to the repair was top-notch! We had a toilet clog that we called CNS out to help repair. Upon fixing the clog they noticed our wax ring was in poor condition. They went ahead and fixed that too and did a great job. I will continue to use CNS and refer them to our friends and family.

If I could give 10 stars I absolutely would! Corey and CNS were amazing. I had a horrible stoppage after hours on a Friday and they had to drive an hour to get to my location in Boykins. Corey and his partner came out (nobody else wanted to drive that far ..I was desperate!) and worked on my stoppage diligently. He also worked with the city employees to get my clean out installed. He had to come back a second day and also assisted me with a partial reimbursement from my home warranty plan after we thought I didn't have coverage for the particular repair. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND CNS to ANYBODY. Fast, professional, honest, and efficient. I really didn't have the extra money to pay for the emergency service at the time and I'm not sure what price point is average, but I would 100% choose CNS again. I will be using them for all my future needs!

I found myself unable to turn off our shower early in the morning and decided to give Corey a call. He answered my call, even though it was early, and came by soon after to take a look. CNS plumbing offered immediate service and was able to resolve the issue promptly, even though my hardware was older and more complicated (Grohe). He willingly drove to several stores to find the unique cartridge for my shower and came back to replace it. Corey was knowledgeable, professional, fair and trustworthy which are qualities that are hard to find in this industry. Highly recommend them!
