Josh and the gang were great! They were professional and courtious. Took the time to show me how to use the thermostat on the new unit and made sure everythingcwas working. They went above and beyond even cleaning up!

Amazing service! Very thorough investigation with high levels of expertise and he explained every detail in understandable terms. I would recommend them for any HVAC related services.

Professional. Showed me the problem I was having with my AC vents. Were not sealed properly during initial installation. Condensation was cracking the ceiling.
Arrived promptly for the work. Subcontractors were the same, prompt and professional. Pro air removed all the vents, subcontractor repaired plaster. Painters today painted all of the ceilings entirely, not just the patches. The plaster person vacuumed after he was finished. Painters did the same.Stephanie and two men arrived promptly to install vent covers . Friendly, professional. Always put on shoe covers before entering. Swept vacuumed, tested ac output befor leaving. Kudos to Josh Gray

Fantastic! We called them at 8am they were here by 9am . Service like this is unheard of these days. Unit was up and running before 11am. Pricing was fair and transparent. Could not have asked for better service.

Jason and his team did a fantastic job replacing my AC unit. Their level of detail and care was outstanding. Even while waiting for the equipment to come in, Brandon provided portable AC units so we had some cooling. The client/contractor communication was probably the best I’ve ever had. Looking forward to working with them again for routine maintenance for my units!

Jason came out, conducted an inspection and gave us an estimate for some duct cleaning/santizing and repair. He and his team performed the work and did an outstanding job. He was punctual and was very professional from the beginning to job completion. Oh, did I mention their customer service team? Well, they are amazing too. They kept in contact thru the whole process(scheduling, techinician arrival, follow up etc). Tidewater Pro Air are the guys to call for your HVAC issues.

I recently had a total HVAC system replacement installed by Tidewater Pro Air and it was awesome. Brandon was so helpful from the beginning with initial contact and coming out to spec our HVAC system. He answered all of the questions that we had and kept in contact before any decisions were made. Next Joshua came out to describe the project. Brandon and Joshua made sure that we were comfortable and informed to move forward. Upon install Joshua and Mike were very professional, knowledgeable and detail oriented. Their whole team, with Jay and D, was just so kind, thoughtful, and helpful. They really cared about our job, it felt like we were their only customer. They treated our house with care like it was their own and cleaned up very well before leaving. We had a plumbing issue that caused vent issues - they were quick to get us scheduled and were able to fix same day as well as disinfect the lines to ensure we were no longer exposed to bacteria’s. They were kind understanding and amazing

Not that this team needs another five star, but it’s deserving of the rating. From initial estimate with Josh M., to multiple reworks of equipment to get to the final estimate and final install date, they responded quickly and professionally to all the challenges I imposed. The team that installed, showed up on time, went right to it and knocked out a gas pack, and a second story split in under 8 hours. Craftsmanship is what I expected after speaking with Josh on many calls/texts. This team/company does not disappoint in quality and professionalism. My hats off to them and would recommend to anyone to reach out when in need.
