Stefaney and Christian came out to diagnose and repair our HVAC systems. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and competent throughout the entire job. They explained everything well and assisted us in understanding the issues and what they were doing to fix them. I can't say enough about Josh and entire tidewater pro air team. These guys were so polite, professional, neat, careful with the house inside and outside. No mess left behind. A stressful situation turned into a pleasant experience all around. They took care of everything and i am impressed with the attention to detail. Both newly replaced units are working beautifully and im so happy I chose tidewater pro.

I woke up to a broken heater in the middle of a recent super cold snap. I called ProAir around 8 when they opened and by 9:30, a technician was already at my house in Norfolk! Not only were they super fast, my technician was amazing, diagnosing and fixing the issue in a couple hours. The professionalism, courtesy, promptness and ability to fix the issue were absolutely top notch. He explained everything to me (a few times!) and make me feel super in the loop about everything that was going on. I appreciate the folks at Tidewater ProAir, and I recommend that you give them a try!!

Good luck, communication sucks! I needed a Tankless Water Heater installed....I called and spoke with the lady in the office 3 times. Each time being told the same thing. "He's out in the field, I'll have him call you back" We waited a couple weeks and still nothing. Thanks!

Never received a call back. I was told, they were behind and they would call me in two weeks. I call back , and they told me that, I had to wait another 3 weeks. Time wasted !
