Due to disappointing issues with a previous warranty company and their designated repair company, Mike Wells Services Llc really exceeded all my expectations. Ryan with Mike Wells Services Llc was extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable. We have an extremely old unit, and he was able to get it up and working. We’ve been out of heat for about a month, so it’s such a relief to have our heating back. Thanks to you guys! Will definitely be keeping them on standby for any other services needed. They know what they’re doing! I would highly recommend this company to others, you won’t regret it.

Our AC just up and stopped working so I called Mike Wells services. Dustin was very professional and came out to our house an hour after I called which was beyond amazing considering our house was 82 degrees and we have a baby. Every other place I called that was closer to our home couldn’t get us an appointment for about a week later, so It was very much appreciated that they could get out to us so quickly. Dustin was quick, respectful and explained what was wrong with our AC very well. I would highly recommend this company!

I had no A/C, only fan from the unit and on one of the hottest days of the year no less.
It was some absolutely fantastic work from Mr. Ryan Voshell he went immediately into diagnosing if it was the electrical, then indoor unit, and once he found the outdoor unit he went to work. He identified the problem and fixed it, then he confirmed the A/C was working. Once he confirmed that he notified me, of the wiring being damaged along with the unit having high resistance leading to the outside unit. He did not try to oversell me just asked if I wanted them fixed and offered the prices for just the A/C or with the additional fixes. I took the additional fixes option since it was a fair price for the work done and will help to mitigate my A/C breaking down during the Winter or coming summer. Once again Mike wells and his crew came through with excellent service. Dustin was amazing, kept me informed throughout the process and helped keep the house warm by loaning us a couple of space heaters. They replaced my furnace unit and flushed out our tankless water heater for a decent price. Fit us into the schedule right after the weekend and solved our heating problem. Our heat went out on Thursday, the company that my home warranty company suggested had horrible reviews and were closed until Monday. After doing a Google search, I came across Mike Wells Service Llc and decided to call them. He answered right away and scheduled an appointment for the next day (Sunday).

He was able to come earlier than my scheduled appointment (which I appreciated). He was very professional, friendly and very thorough. I appreciate him taking his time to find the issue with my furnace, especially after years of Band-Aid fixes.

We had an issue with our HVAC system and I called Mike’s number. Specifically, Mike answered the call and tried to walk me through a couple quick fixes before having to send a tech out. His tech arrived (Ryan), and worked his way through the problem and was able to get our system back online until the new part came in. Mike has the kindest and most honest staff. During the snow storm we had multiple crews at our house, in the freezing cold. Not once did they complain, the guys were so polite and truly had the nicest manners. Every one of them made me miss my big kid (26)in TN. Everyone of them worked until it was done and informing me on every action. Each one of them were kind to my 4 year old, never once complaining of why all the doors had to be locked. I would trust any of them with my kid along with the house at any time. Mike called me during Dr appt to make sure we knew what steps were being taken. Very kind company and staff. Thank you!

Got a new AC installed in our home. All personnel were extremely professional, knowledgeable, the communication was great, and the installation went smoothly. Would definitely use this company again for maintenance and future upgrades or repairs.

Update 6/2025- We recently contacted Mike Wells Services for HVAC concerns. They were prompt in coming out and did a great job fixing the issue. Unfortunately, they also uncovered a bigger issue but they provided a contact to help with what was newly discovered. Can’t thank this company especially Caleb enough for their honesty and knowledge in both HVAC and electrical. 100% recommend !!!
3/2025- We recently had Mike and Caleb at our new house and they did a ton of electrical work for us. When my husband and I discovered new issues or concerns, they did not flinch one bit and were able to complete all the additional issues we came across. They are both very knowledgeable, professional, polite and friendly. They were at our property so much it felt like they were family, I even made them cookies to thank them for the additional work they took on. We would 1000% recommend them to anyone who needs electrical work done. GREAT GUYS!!!

I called Mike this morning as my AC unit was not working correctly and I was worried about my baby’s bedroom being in the 80s by 10am per our monitor. He understood my concerns, was very professional, quick/responsive, provided a time frame for same day, AND his guy arrived BEFORE the given time frame. Caleb was the nicest guy ever. We woke up to a 'broken' AC system and an overheated house. In less than 6 hours they were at our door fixing the system and getting our house from over 80 degrees back to 70 and comfortable.
