Tray and Jordan were great to work with. Tray promptly diagnosed the issue with my AC, he has an obvious wealth of knowledge in his trade and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Together with Jordan he replaced the faulty units quickly and courteously. Jordan made sure that I had the information needed to register the manufacturers warranty and also made recommendations for a follow up maintenance schedule.

Jordan from M&J services came by out to replace the part she diagnosed as the problem for my heating unit, again she was courteous and professional. My home feels amazing with all the cold weather ahead. Thank you again M&J service especially Jordan!!!!

I have hired M&J Services for two major jobs in two homes. Each required a short notice and an expeditious response, and they were up for the tasks. Both experiences have been ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING!

The first time, the outdoor temperature was well over 90 degrees, and our unit wasn’t producing. M&J Services was the only company to respond and did so within an hour. That is when I met Mike, one of the owners–he is now on my phone contact list. Once I committed to giving them the first job, which required replacing the unit, M&J brought us two window units the SAME NIGHT. That alone won me over. Within a couple days of completing the job, Mike called me more than once to check on how things were going. It is refreshing to have a business owner personally ensure customers get that kind of service. Five years later, I still had no issues with their work.

Now let’s fast forward five years to July 2025:

We moved into a new home and discovered the builder had contracted with Weather Makers to install the HVAC unit. The work was poorly done, and we were suffering as a result of it. Months later, Weather Makers has never even bothered to return any of my calls.

Although HVAC repairs are never a pleasant experience financially, I knew I was going to call M&J Services first—no matter where I was going for a second or third estimate.

M&J rezoned my attic ductwork into three areas with separate thermostats and actually brought some crucial areas up to code that were not. They again gave us outstanding work across the board! We now have a more efficient, functioning unit.

I am committed to always including M&J Services in my three-estimate lineup in any future HVAC-related work.

M&J HVAC Services replaced our heat pump in 2019 and we’ve been receiving regular services from them ever since. We request Trey whenever possible. He’s so pleasant and he knows his craft inside out. When our A/C failed to blow cool air last summer, Trey responded and was very quick with a diagnose and a solution. We just renewed our service contract again today. M&J HVAC is knowledgeable and trustworthy. Why would we go anywhere else?

Our heat and A/C had been down for almost 2 years and they got it fixed right away without trying to sell us a whole new system right out the bat! Great service and awesome team. 10/10 recommend.

I’ve had two service calls about my A/C with M & J Services recently and both were excellent. Jordan came out on Sept 25th and did a great job unclogging my drain lines and cleaning the condenser coils. About a week later, my A/C stopped working again, and Crystal was so kind in getting someone out right away. Tray came first thing in the morning, and had it fixed quickly it was just a bad door switch. Both technicians were polite, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. I really appreciate the excellent customer service from start to finish. I highly recommend M & J Services!

My heat went out on Sunday following a night of snow and extremely low temperatures. I placed an emergency service call and received an immediate response. Tray was the technician who came out, and he was both professional and very knowledgeable. While the repair was somewhat costly, he resolved the issue and restored heat the same day.

The following day, I contacted the company again because the system did not seem to be operating at full capacity. Tray returned my call promptly and came back to my home right away to further assess the issue. He completed additional repairs and thoroughly explained the work that was done. Once again, heat was fully restored.

What truly stood out was Tray’s follow-up phone call later that evening to ensure everything was working properly. Based on this level of responsiveness and professionalism, I would recommend this company to family and friends and would definitely use their services again.

Ms Jordan was excellent she cleaned out our old unit and got it back on track. And kept my carpet clean while working on the unit. The communication was very good between Ms Jordan and Mr and my wife so we knew where our parts were and how soon they could be installed. Great job getting out HVAC back in action

Hal came out the same day, when our old combination HVAC unit went out, leaving us with no heat. This was during the coldest days we have seen in Hampton Roads in years. His team was able to replace our system 2 days later IN THE SNOW! Not to mention matching a quote from another company with better quality products! They had 5 star service from start to finish. Had the ducting under the house replaced and some structural issues addressed. The work was done professionally, the crew were polite and answered all our questions. Worksite was kept neat the ducting cover was more than I expected. Schedule was kept. Would recommend them.
