I will definitely recommend Atlantic Shores! Hal and Josh came out to replace my entire system as well as added some new features. They were both very professional, on time, and listened to us. If we had any questions, we received not only an answer, but an explained answer if I looked a little confused. Hal also noticed a gap in my current duct work and instead of just letting it go, he fixed it. They also installed a new thermostat, which I didn't think would make that big of a difference to me, however, I really enjoy it and now I can monitor my system from anywhere. After our system was installed, Hal called to check up on us to make sure everything was still working properly. Will be contacting them again for any other future work that may need to be done as well as all my maintenance that needs to be stayed on top of. A++ for service as well as installation.

We have used Atlantic Shores for over 15 years to support our heating and cooling needs. They installed the two-zone complex system in our 3,900 sq foot home, and we could not be more pleased. The duct work is impeccable; such care was taken with the install. Any service requests we've ever had have been met with same-day or next-day punctuality. Their attention to detail is tireless, and every employee we've every encountered was amazing! The people at Atlantic Shores really care about the clients they serve and the community in which they live. Atlantic Shores installed the old unit that was replaced approximately 15 years ago. The new unit is very similar to the old one. The installation was done professionally and in a timely manner. I have my repairs and seasonal check ups performed by Atlantic Shores and will continue to do so.

This company saved us from all the other scam artist companies. They are truthful and honest and everyone should be doing business with them. 4 other companies tried to screw me on getting a complete new system. Atlantic fixed the problem and we have had our HVAC up and running for 8 months now. Love this place! We will be doing all of our HVAC business needs with them and have told all our friends.

Hal with Atlantic Shores knows his stuff. We had an emergency with our heat going out and Hal went out of his way to get us taken care of. He identified the issue, answered all our questions and even went further than needed to check other things to ensure no other issues would come up. I would recommend him and Atlantic Shores for all of your HVAV needs. He was fantastic!!!

Requested a service call on Tuesday - Tech arrived within 2 hours. Diagnosed the issue and explained the options. Ended up the unit had failed.
Sales rep arrived Wednesday morning and was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions. Ordered a new system same day.
Installers arrived Thursday morning, got the new system up and running without hesitation.

Excellent communication from this company before arrival and during the process. Very professional and personable. Other than a new unit, I couldn’t even tell they had been here. Local company, great results!

I just recently purchased a new heating and cooling unit. I called and a technician Jack came out to service my unit. The system was not properly defrosting itself. A part was ordered for the unit. The part was replaced. The unit is now working properly again. Thank you Jack for a job well done.

Our AC was blowing warm. I wrote a text through the company’s website, and was pleasantly surprised to get a telephone call within an hour.
The techs showed up promptly the next day at the time we requested. They were very professional and kept us apprised of what we needed every step of the way.
Thank goodness it was an easy fix. They had us up and running within minutes. Then they performed maintenance on the unit.

We used this company to install our downstairs hvac system. I wasn’t aware that the heating system was dependent on propane to operate. I thought that propane was auxiliary. My husband spoke to the owner who promised on two occasions to come out to check the system. To date , no one has come out. To make matters worst, the owner ghosted my husband- never returning his calls.
I guess this company doesn’t care about service to existing customers-just selling new systems.

This was the first time using Atlantic Shores Heating and Cooling. I was very pleased. I received a courtesy call to let me know that the technician was on his way. He arrived on time and was professional and respectful. He offered suggestions for the next maintenance check in the Spring. I also appreciated that he cleaned up after himself. Good job, Jack!

Devin Guy serviced my parents’ HVAC system and did an excellent job. He was prompt, respectful, and explained everything clearly so we understood what was going on. I’m very appreciative of the care and professionalism he showed while helping my parents. Highly recommend!

Devin came as scheduled to our house for our new unit yearly maintenance and did a great job!!! There was no costs as the yearly was priced into the agreement when we purchased our Trane unit. Devin sat down with me & my wife and showed us all he did to the unit’s maintenance and pictures of each step he did.
We were completely satisfied with the company and especially Devin the tech. We would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs HVAC work or installation.

Atlantic Shores did our routine HVAC maintenance again today. They’re prompt, professional, polite, and clean (which is much appreciated) whenever they come out. Devin was our tech today and he even double checked an issue that I was concerned about. I think he also vacuumed the floor the last time he came. I would definitely recommend them!! I’m active duty military with two small children The rep did not complete complete job and two days without hot water. Do not use!

This is husband now responding to staff members response to my wife because I had a little more hands on experience with the tech. I will say he was nice on day one, but nice doesn’t equal professional. I could say a couple of things but I won’t, what I will say is that he came back on day two and when I tried to speak to him, I was ignored and he got in his van and drove off. Like my wife said, the work wasn’t complete and I understand that someone sitting in an office as management would naturally try to cover their employees and protect them by saying the work was complete but photos do not lie. There are a total of 4 photos below. 3 are of the work done by Atlantic Shores Heating and Cooling and 1 done by a different company. Notice the differences? One actually took a little pride in what they do and had the integrity to do the job to completion which includes getting the inspection set up through the city of Suffolk so that the customer is not spending 6 hours calling A, B, and C trying to set it up themselves because no permit was ever pulled by Atlantic, but the other company we used followed all the way through so the customer has peace of mind…..the way it should be. Other company also fixed the pipes to align them properly with the meter. As you can see in the photos, the pipes aren’t even connected to the meter, so how can the job be completed if the pipes and the meter aren’t even connected?!?! Not only that, the PSI was set to 25 which was too high and could cause additional damage. He didn’t spray the paint to protect the pipes from weathering either, so nearly 700$ and it wasn’t completed but someone sitting behind a desk who can’t even see the end product is saying it’s complete…make it make sense. Like I said, I get it…you’re defending your company’s name and your employee but at least make sure you’re in the right before making a customer feel like a customer shouldn’t feel. Y’all have a blessed day and we hope to receive our refund within the next couple of days for this lack of quality work.

Woke up to 56 degree house this morning. Called company and said they wld have tech out between 1 and 5. House had went down to 51. JACK was my technician and was there by 1 and had me up and running within hour. He was most polite, professional, and answered all 1k of my questions with most patience. Knows his stuff!! Highly recommended!! Thank you, Jack...appreciate ya. You are AWESOME!!!
