M & J services HVAC did what three other contractors failed to do. We were without AC for nearly a month during a heat wave. M &J was sent a technician, Tray, out who diagnosed the problem and immediately initiated the process to Remove and replace the entire system. Despite having to deal with a third party warranty company ,which can sometimes cause delays, M&J expedited the installation by moving the service date forward from Tuesday to Sunday! Jorden and Tray arrived exactly when they said they would. I found them to be respectful, knowledgeable and professional. My family, Mrs. and three children, had AC back in less than 5 hours despite Tray and Jorden having to overcome some inherent issues with the condenser unit. The refrigerant was over serviced from the factory. As a retired Air Force and FAA licensed aircraft mechanic I can tell you only top tier mechanics can do what they did. M & J Services were great to work with - on time and very efficient in their troubleshooting abilities and fixed the problem once found. Advised me of the age of my AC unit and the life expectancy of the same making me aware of probable replacement sooner than later. Thanks guys!

I’m very disappointed in the tech that was sent out to replace the thermostat and charge the ac unit. After refusing to pay them an additional $550 plus the dollar amount that was owed to the warranty company.(which was paid to the warranty company) The hvac technician replaced the old thermostat back on without changing it after receiving a claim approval. Therefore the thermostat is stuck on heat with an 95 degree heat index outside. This is the most cruel service I have ever experience.

Recently, I had to replace my AC unit, and Trayvon, along with a young lady whose name I unfortunately didn't catch, I believe she's the owners daughter, handle the job. Both were very professional and efficient. Trayvon in particular has always been kind, courteous, and takes the time to explain everything clearly whenever I have questions. I'm very satisfied with the work done and I will definitely recommend the company to my family and friends.

Mike arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, replaced the bad part, tested the AC, and was gone in about 20 minutes. He was friendly and obviously knowledgeable about ACs units. If I have AC problems in the future M&J Services is in my phone list.

For those of you that have home warranties know the hassle that may come with them, When I tell you I got professional fast and exceptional repair services from M & J that is what I mean. The technician explained everything to me showed me what the problem was fixed it and showed me how to prevent any further problems. I regularly receive spring/fall upkeep with M&J and have had great service with them, as well as, informative advice and quick repairs when there is something that may need further attention.

Recently, I had a need for a more urgent repair as my AC had stopped functioning at the start of this Summer.
I was able to have an appointment scheduled quickly from when i called in the week and Trey (my regular technician) surveyed the issue, explained the options I had, carried out a plan to fix the issue, and verified everything to be functioning as normal.

I've had quick communication with scheduling, helpful customer service, and quality maintenance provided with M&J services and would absolutely recommend utilizing their services.

My appointment was originally scheduled for a later date, but they had a same-day opening and were able to come out two days early. Trey and Jordan were fantastic! They walked me through the issue, fixed it quickly, and explained how to prevent it from happening again in the future. I'd like to say I'd be happy having them fix future issues, but I'd rather not have future issues!

Jordan is such a pleasure to talk to. Professional and great at what she does, she was determined to find and fix the problem. I loved having someone who seems like they truly enjoy the work they are doing. If you have AC problems and AHS, or any warranty company sends them out, consider yourself very lucky. I will ask for them from this point forward.

Trey & Jordan was great ,they were fast installing my unit .they cleaned up behind themselves and they informed & educated me on things about my unit .they worked with me on the price and gave me the best option for me.im glad I chose them and happy with the outcome.

I have M&J do a regular cleaning. During this winter visit Jordon found a problem with my A/C that I would not have noticed for a couple of months. They got the part, scheduled and fixed it in a reasonable time. Jordon was friendly and obviously very competent.
