As they noted, they are not experts in hot tubs. They were, however, timely, professional and personable. I have a unique problem and decided that I needed someone who specializes in hot tub diagnosis and repairs. The technician (Dustin) still took the time to help explain possible problems and options. Couldnt be nicer and wouldn't except some cash for trying to help me.

Had my roof installed and they happened to knick a wire for the HVAC by accident. Got an appointment from Dustin same day to assess the problem and came back the next day to repair. Dustin and Ryan are my guys! I trust they won't lead me astray and I know they do quality work. Thank you for all you guys do!

Mike and his crew know their stuff and since they're an independent small business they don't try to sell you a new system when a simple repair will do. Pleasant, competent, and fairly priced.

I had an issue with my A/C system that seemed like it was starting to get worse- the kind of thing that keeps you awake at night. Mike Wells was able to flex a tech to me earlier than our initial appointment, my problem was solved quickly, cleanly and professionally, and I slept well that evening. This will always be my first call for any HVAC issue that may arise in the future.

We had our HVAC blow late on a hot summer night. It was like a sauna upstairs and we have children. They came out within the hour of calling them, fixed the problem, let us know the other issues they’d be happy to fix, and went on their way. When no one else with 24-hour service answered, this company did and took care of the problem swiftly, professionally, and right when we needed it. I would use them again, no questions!

Excellent fast service! We had an HVAC problem at 4:00 in the afternoon. A technician was sent out and arrived in under an hour. The repair was done under an hour and we had cool air for the evening. The entire staff was friendly and responsive. I highly recommend.

This is by far the best experience we've had with an HVAC company in Hampton. The technician was courteous, on time (he showed up in the early part of the time window they quoted us) and knowledgeable. He didn't try to upsell me on any services or products. In contrast, he wanted to eliminate the least expensive possibilities before moving on to more expensive options. All in all 10/10 would recommend Mike Wells to anyone.

Mike and wife are the best there is. They are highly responsive and helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. We had them install wells at two properties. Reasonably priced. You won't do better anywhere else. They are the bomb!
