Two weeks ago we found out that we were in need of replacing our air conditioning and heating system. We are a long-standing client with UNITED air temp, so I placed a call and to my good fortune Bobby Fikac, Project Manager with UNITED, AIR TEMP OF VIRGINIA was assigned my project. I am a person who values good customer service and it’s been a very long time since I had the good fortune of working with Bobby. While my wife, Mary Beth and I were trying to figure out how to proceed, Bobby was there to help guide us with excellent information that saved us a lot of money. has been available every time. I have had a question and has followed this project to its completion. Mary Beth and I are extremely happy with Bob’s excellent service.

They were able to have a tech come by within 24 hours. Tech was courteous, professional and able to locate the problem with our HVAC.

UAT is a solid, honest company. Like all others in their line of work in the DC area, the prices they charge for routine, simple maintenance tasks are absurdly high, but they are unfailingly professional and helpful. I have met or talked to dozens of their staff, and they are always friendly and knowledgeable. I switched to UAT for my maintenance contracts because they went above and beyond to honor a warranty on a furnace I bought from them some years prior, and I have had no reason to distrust or criticize them.

The technicians showed up on time and did an outstanding job installing the new HVAC. The new American Standard unit is very quiet and works very well. You are very responsive to our needs and we are grateful for your service.

Plumber came to fix 2 toilets. Quick, clean, friendly. I had a plumbing contract, so no charge. Always like the service United Air Temp provides.

The technician explained what he was doing and answered all my questions regarding the HVAC and the water heater. He was not able to clean the clothes dryer vent.

When my downstairs thermostat started to display a blank screen we made an appt to replace the device. Your technician Alexander Was in the neighborhood earlier and asked if he could come before that appt just to ensure it was not simply a power issue. He immediately saw that the batteries had died. We had this thermostat since moving into the house and never knew this was battery powered. I cannot begin to say how we appreciated his advice which saved us substantial time and money. As UAT clients for 20+ years this level of service (all too rare nowadays) is exactly what a long and loyal customer should expect to receive.
