Had my disposal stop working, and they came out and fixed it and explained how to keep it running well into the future. The tech was very nice, communicated well, and was very helpful.

Terrible! I had an appointment to repair a faucet issue and they never showed. Rescheduled and they still did not show on day#2! THey are the worst!!!!

This place is terrible. They came to my house twice to fix the same toilets that were running and not filling up in the toilet still has not been correctly fixed. It’s difficult to get in contact with them and they constantly send out someone who does not know what they’re doing.

The technician, Jose came to our house to fix our issues with faucets and toilet. He came in early and fixed the issues quickly and professionally. He was a very nice person in general!

Plumbing in the bathroom issues, made and left 2 holes in our ceiling claimed they "don't do drywall". As well as issue has been left unresolved with little to no communication. The simple fix of replacing a wax ring has ironically increased to a ridiculous dollar amount which has not been documented or provided.

I had drainage problems in two toilets. The plumber from NUTECH solved a problem and augured it out. The company contacted me immediately and sent a plumber next day. I was satisfied with their service.

My experience with technician Henry., he was so knowledgeable of what he was doing It was amazing on what he did today so that my sump pump can be workable. He deserve a pay increase for being such a excellent technician

Jose installed a replacement garbage disposal for us. He was very professional, friendly and courteous. I would be more than happy to have him perform any other repairs in the future.

Nutech installed our water heater. They did a very good job. They were right on schedule. Technician were polite and courteous. I will use them again or refer them to someone else.

This place is a scam. Plumber came in to fix a leak in our dinning room went up to the bathroom looked at the tub said it needed to be replaced and now they refuse to come back to fix the pipes unless we pay them to replace the the bathtub. They also cause damage to our property they they also refuse to fix!! Thankfully american homeshield was able to send us another company.

Disengaged company from my limited exposure. Scheduled repair for plumbing blockage with next available appointment, which was 6 days out. Technician supposedly arrived, then left, claiming to have knocked and have determined no one was home. My wife had been waiting and did not hear the knock - 2 dogs in the home that generally are also very reactive to strangers also apparently did not hear the knock. Video footage shows arrival at 1059AM and leaving at 1100AM - no phone call, no notice and 1 minute (if that!) of effort to complete the service. Disengaged service.

Had a water heater installed by NUTECH. Same day installation! Techs were professional, laid tarps over carpet for foot traffic while working and installation of water heater looks amazing. Daniel was easy to talk to and made sure to answer all my questions. Highly recommend.
