The gentleman was so knowledgeable and professional. He did an excellent job. He was detail oriented, he made sure it was done right and he explained what he was doing. He is an excellent technician, he knows what he is doing I will highly recommend this company to all my friends.

My family and I are extremely grateful to Jimmy for his professionalism, responsiveness, and most importantly, his kindness. We were dealing with several plumbing-related issues, and Jimmy solved each one while thoroughly explaining what he was doing each step of the way. Poor customer service and they never showed up, nor did they call to tell me there was change of plans. I took off from work 3 Fridays in a row for water service line replacement. Each time I called they assured me they would be there the following Friday. Specifically, Ronnie, the service technician, told me he would be at my residence to complete the replacement. Very frustrating spending all day waiting for a service that never shows up.

Referred to me through American home shield. Jimmy the owner came to my house and charged me beyond my deductible. Then came back and lied to me, then lied to me over the phone and lied to American home shield.

To add to my complaint. Jimmy, "the owner" is a liar. In Oct 2023, he stood in my kitchen and told me he would honor his word from Oct 2022. He left my house telling me he'd be back after getting parts and clearing the work with American home shield. A week later I finally got him on the phone and he promised he'd be back at my house at 3pm on a Friday, more than three weeks ago. He also lied to Amercian Home Shield that I had not paid him for work he completely in 2022. I paid him over $600.00, in full, on the spot because he would not leave without payment in full. When I asked to speak to the owner, he told me he is the owner.

I would not recommend NUTEC nor Jimmy for anything.

NuTech was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. We had an issue with our HVAC system, they came out within a reasonable timeframe diagnosed the problem and we was up and running. Our technician was outstanding!!

Great experience with Nutech HVAC and Plumbing. Jimmy and Jeff are great. They are both professional and knowledgeable. We had some plumbing issues so we called Nutech on Sunday and they were able to come over on Monday. We would definitely use their services again.

lied about calling my warentee company requesting authorization for a repair . theee times they told me they requested authorization for $8 toilet fill valve , and did t get it . i’ve had the warentee company for 15 years they tell me no request was received. they also said the hallway toilet was fine . i said of course it is , the other toilet was in the basement per the work order that was sent to you . . these guys are idiots . sorry to have to be blunt . i’m a 60 year old mechanical engineer that’s owned that house for more the 30 years .!

A year later , not remembering it was they that i had issues with , they were contracted to replace the piping , another grave mistake
These people are crooks , i paid $8000 for some piping replacement . They took far longer then they said, had to pay for hotel for tenents , they broke fixtures , they failed to replace the cartridges as promised . They’re work failed inspection by the county and i had to get someone else to come fix their mess . I’m surprised they are even licensed . It’s doubtful all the workers that had over met licensing standards . The head of the job was Daniel. Make sure you avoid him, or just the company all together .

Excellent company, they were able to come out same day for water emergencies, did great work, communicated throughout the whole process, and have multiple services in-house that saved me a lot of trouble. Daniel in particular was extremely helpful, definitely my go-to company

Jeff was fantastic! He showed up at 7:30 on a Friday evening and was able to fix what 5 companies before him could not.

We highly recommend and will be having him out next time we are in need.

Not only was Jeff hard working & knowledgeable, he was very conversational and took the time to explain his fix. He was a pleasure to have in our home making the repair.

Jeff was the best! He explained why they did not work on my type of heat pump and offered to speak with the homeowners insurance to ensure the right contractors are sent out. Then, he went out of his way to install my new washer. It was the end of his workday, but he did it anyway. Totally professional and good natured individual. As a woman who lives alone, I felt comfortable and felt like he communicated at my level in explaining things. Thanks so much Jeff!!

The plumber showed up said he can’t lift the snake machine because it’s 200lbs and he hurt his back yesterday. We told the company it was a backed up toilet issue and they showed up telling us it was a gasket replacement. Told us oh well sorry we will reassign even when we offered to lift the machine for him. Customer service is in Philippines and not USA and you can’t speak to an American. Now left with no water for toilet or showering and sewage.

If it was possible to give ZERO I'd give them that. Twice I had plumbing issues, first on tub drain leak and then on water heater replacement. Not only do they quote exorbitant charges, they misquote also. My tub drain required a gasket replacement for which these guys quoted over $1000 that I got done for $85, my water heater required replacement for which these guys quoted $2200 (even being covered by warranty company), a job which any plumber would do for a $1000. Obviously I didn't use their services. There are other honest & fair plumbers out there.

I had a leak under my sink. My home warranty put me in touch with Nu Tech and, thankfully, Jose was sent to my home to repair my pipes. He came within the given time frame, kindly kept a clean space while accessing and repairing the pipe, patiently educated us on the service that was needed, and got the work done in one evening. I would recommend Jose. He provides great service and his knowledge as a master plumber in evident in the work he does.

I had a water heater replaced and a softening unit installed. They were great at price matching! They arrived on time, were very professional! Cleaned up and made a follow up call to make sure everything was working as it should have been. I definitely would recommend this company again.

I am very pleased to express my satisfaction with the outstanding service provided by NUTECH HVAC AND HEATING Company. From the first call I made to this company requesting their repair services for my HVAC system, I knew I was dealing with professionals.

The incredibly fast response rate by their team was truly impressive, as the technician, Geoff, arrived within an hour of my initial call, ready to assess and address the issue. I was impressed by the level of expertise and knowledge that Geoff exhibited, quickly identifying the problem and providing a detailed quote for the replacement of my water heater.

The following day, Geoff and Rafiel arrived as scheduled and began the installation of the new water heater. The entire process was completed with precision and accuracy, and I was provided with a thorough explanation of the new water heater, along with hands-on training on the maintenance of the unit. The cleanup was beyond satisfactory, and apart from a brand new water heater, no trace of their work was apparent.

*STAY AWAY* We planned on going with Nutech through our home warranty company. They took 2 images of our water heater and left. The price I was told on the phone, the price on the invoice and the price which they told our warranty company that we would pay out of pocket were all completely different. I emailed them asking for a new invoice with a price break down of what was needed rather than just a total and they NEVER responded. The following conversations which I had with our warranty company lead us to find out that they then told our warranty company that home modifications needed to be made (?????). Based on their pricing and what is national standard, our original total of $1,300 was now going to be over $3000 while STILL charging our warranty company over $1000. For a 40 gallon electric heater this is an absolute joke and over double what every other company ( we called 3) had quoted us. They have zero customer service skills, inability to communicate and they're out to make a quick buck 🤷.

Very fast and polite and didn’t make any mess. I definitely would recommend. I have used them 3 times now and been happy every time. They sent me an alert that they are coming with expected time of arrival. Kinda like tracking your Uber driver. Thanks for your fantastic service. Wish I had called sooner to replace garbage disposal before the smell and staining underneath. Jimmy was very pleasant to work with and surprise how clean he left things. I didn't expect that.

Terrible!!! They reported that our heating element in our 5 year old water heater was rusted to the warranty company. They didn't even look at the element. They just took a photo of the model number. Go elsewhere!!!

They are obviously in cahoots with the warranty company. Very crooked business!

I had a great experience with NuTech HVAC Jetting & Drain Services yesterday. Geoff was my technician and he was very professional, personable and knowledgeable! He fixed the issue at my residence and provided some troubleshooting tips. I highly recommend them and won’t hesitate to call for any future HVAC needs!

We got a second opinion from Jimmy and Daniel at Nutech, and we’re so glad we did. Our main sewer line was clogged, and when the county came to inspect it, they told us the issue was on our side. Thankfully, Jimmy and Daniel ran a camera through the line and discovered it was actually on the county’s street side. They were honest, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly instead of trying to sell us unnecessary repairs.

After they shared their findings, the county came back out, confirmed it was their responsibility, and scheduled the repair. After weeks of back-and-forth, it only took a few days after Nutech’s visit for the county to fix the issue.

I can’t thank Jimmy and Daniel enough—they saved us thousands and gave us peace of mind. From now on, Nutech is my go-to for all plumbing needs!
