We were very satisfied with the timeliness of the service when our air conditioner stopped working. The technician called us and was able to come earlier than the scheduled appointment. He diagnosed the problem and was able to get it back working on that call.

Technician was very polite and very thorough in his inspection of our AC system which was not working. He made a couple of quick adjustments to equipment and ensured all was in good working order. More importantly, he identified a duct boot worn so badly that a lot of cold air was escaping into the furnace room and not making its way through the air ducts and cooling the house. He arranged to for a permanent fix to the problem. In the meantime, he temporarily patched the boot so more cold air would circulate through the house. We were very pleased with the service call and will continue to rely on United Air Temp for our AC and Heating system needs.

The technician was thorough and courteous. We discussed both the HVAC and Plumbing since I had not had an inspection this year for each. We determined the waterline filter needs to be replaced. We could not open the filter compartment. Also he thought the water line mixer under the sink might be bad. He suggested scheduling a plumber to address both issues. I never got his report after the appointment.

On the coldest day of the year, my furnace went out at around 10 AM. I called United and within five hours. I had a technician at my house. It turned out that my system was 21 years old and needed to be replaced. He got me up and running for the night so that my pipes wouldn’t freeze, and the next morning two gentlemen came and installed a brand new furnace. The service was professional, fast and efficient. I am completely satisfied and will use them again

He was kind and courteous Showed up on time to include giving me a heads up call first before arriving. He serviced my HVAC system and cleaned my dryer vent in less than an hour.

Great service - Great price - No hard upsell! Will definitely use again!! Our AC stopped working and I was able to schedule next day service. They arrived on time. Marcus was very friendly, explained exactly what he would do. He diagnosed the likely issue right away, did the repair and thoroughly checked both units just to be sure there was no other underlying problem. AC started right back up and for about 45 mins of work, we only paid $98. Plus NO PRESSURE AT ALL to upsell us on an annual maintenance contract. Huge plus!

My experience with United Air Temp was mixed. During last week’s heat wave, my AC developed a problem: water was flowing back through the drain pipe due to a clog. The first technician who came out did an okay job, but the issue persisted—he wasn’t able to find the cause or location of the clog, and the water kept coming.
Then Bobby from the AC team arrived. From the moment he started, he quickly identified the cause of the backup, located the clog, and repaired the entire drain line connected to the AC. His expertise and determination were evident, and he went above and beyond to ensure the unit was working properly again—especially important during such extreme heat, as my elderly parents needed to stay cool.
I can’t thank Bobby enough for his skill, professionalism, and dedication in resolving the issue.

I have American Home Shield (AHS) as my home warranty. AHS contacted United Air Temp to fix the blower fan/air handler within my condo HVAC unit. I had an appointment, and United Air Temp called me and cancelled. The said they don't work on the "type of HVAC system I own". My building is a large hotel style building. The chiller system on the roof provides AC in the warm months. The HVAC system in my condo unit, consists of just an air handler, a water chilled heat exchanger for AC, and electric coil heat for the winter months. My condo association is responsible for anything wrong with the chilled water, even if the problem is within my unit. I am responsible for everything else. Something is wrong with my blower fan. It's not spinning fast enough. That's the only problem. That is an easy problem for United Air Temp to fix, but they refused to do so.
