I hired Merry Maids to do a detailed cleaning of my home. When they were done, I discovered several places that had not been cleaned. I contacted them and they offered to send someone back to the house to take care of the places that were missed. After the second time they were at the house, I noticed other things that still had not been cleaned. I decided to take it upon myself to clean those areas that they missed and reached out to them again. They offered to send people out again, but I told them that I had already handled it myself. I was charged for a full service, but only received partial service. They refused to compensate me for the things that were not done. Very unprofessional. They hung up the phone while I was informing them I was not satisfied with the service. Do not hire them for a cleaning, you will not get what you paid for.

Awesome work. Such a relief to come home to a clean house as a single parent struggling to stay caught up on house work. Highly recommended.

I recently hired Merry Maids for a move-out clean, and I had the absolute pleasure of working with Ebony. She was kind, considerate, and incredibly efficient throughout the entire process. The space looked stunning when she was done — spotless from top to bottom and truly move-in ready.

I had the best cleaning by Kaedance . Kaedance was very prompt, very professional. My dogs took an immediate liking to her, Kaedance took the time to meet my dogs and gave them the time to check her out. My house looks beautiful. I will bd requesting Kaedance to clean my house biweekly .

I have always been hesitant to turn my house over to someone else to clean. A December surgery left me unable to do this myself, so on the recommendation of my daughter, who has Ashley from MaidPro, I made the call and set up my service. I was lucky enough to get Ashley, and have been very happy with the service. I have her weekly, and had planned to go to every other week after healing, but am so happy with the cleaning that I might just continue on a weekly basis. Ashley is very professional, friendly, and is open to comments. I would highly recommend her.

Kailee and Lindsey did a great job. My home looks great. I am signed up for monthly cleanings and may see if they can come in and clean the carpets in the Spring.

Tia was at our house today and she was amazing! She was thorough, personable, and really took the time to make sure everything was to our liking. I can't say enough great things about the work Tia did - the house looks fabulous!

As usual, we had a great experience with Maid Pro. Our pros this week were Dorothy & Scottie. Dorothy always takes great care of our home. She chats with me & my children as she works, but also takes care to work quickly & efficiently so as not to disturb our schooling/work. We always enjoy having her. Scottie worked upstairs to get our rooms sparkling & fresh. Thank you both!

We were very happy with our MaidPro cleaning on 1/10/19. Terri and Lindsey did an excellent job on our house. They did not miss anything, everything looks great and clean, including our family/sunroom which is full of overwintered plants. We had Terri previously on our first MaidPro cleaning but I did not realize how good she was at the time as it was our first experience with MaidPro. Thank you so much.
