Shauna was amazing! She did a fantastic job at doing a deep clean for a move in/out clean of my condo. It looks and smells great! I will definitely be keeping MaidPro on my list for any future cleaning needs and will refer to anyone!

Paid for a move out clean and they didn’t clean windows to “avoid breakage” from their customer service. Under that logic not sure how they can clean a mirror too. Felt like lip service. They also were not transparent about worker hours either and uncharged me on a very clean home to start. Estimated 7.5 hours and then mid service they requested 1 more hour even. Cleaners then left 30 minutes early somehow. Avoid this company, plenty of other options, zero customer service.

Angela, Lily, and Lisa were great! They were diligent and industrious, completing their work expeditiously. Would definitely recommend this service!

Every single time Philecia professionally cleans my home I am impressed. She is detail oriented and thoughtful and I truly can say her work has improved my quality of life! The little touches she does brings a lot of value. Thanks Maid pro!

If I could give zero stars I would! The way I was handle today by the manager was ridiculous and uncalled for. Karen was pulled from my scheduled cleaning because my townhouse was not completely empty ( one bedroom set and dishes, pots and pans on the kitchen counter), although I was on the phone for 30 minutes with scheduling explaining exactly what kind of cleaning I needed help with. If my unique situation should have been describe as something other than a move out cleaning then MaidPro ( who are the professionals) should have just said that on the initial phone call. I will not reschedule with MaidPro, the manager did not handle my cleaning needs professionally today.

Melody was absolutely amazing I could not have asked for better or more. Would definitely use Maid pros again and request her!! In a time where things are hard to come by she is definitely worth the money.

MaidPro is one of the premier cleaning services of this region. We have always had a great experience with them; they are professional, efficient, thorough, prompt and polite. We recently had them come by to clean and prep our place and Antoinette aka 'Toni' did a great job. We are very pleased with the results and can completely trust them. Highly recommended!

Izhia & Tamara did an outstanding job in my very dirty house. We have pets and have had renovation done, so dust had accumulated everywhere. It was a tremendous relief to have them take care of what I have been putting off for a long time. Thank you!

We use MaidPro as our house keeper. Lauren is our regular Pro and she consistently does an outstanding job we wouldn't trade her for anything. This past cleaning Terri was the other Pro and she also did an excellent job. My wife and I strongly recommend MaidPro.

Victoria from the Chesapeake office did an AMAZING job on our clean yesterday! It was the BEST clean we have had since we began services in our new home in September! She was EXTREMELY thorough and meticulous! LOVED how well she cleaned our floorboards, blinds and window seals! OUTSTANDING! It’s All in the Details and Victoria gets it!! Thank You So Much!

We have been with MaidPro for a few years now. They come every two weeks. We are very happy with the service and the quality people (Pros) who come clean for us. This week, Sophia returned - and again, she did a fabulous job! We are very happy with MaidPro. They do their very best to make customers happy and to be flexible when needed. Easy communication and very nice office staff make it all the better.

Miss Karin has been my go to person when it comes to getting our house cleaned. I originally was only going to use this service on a temporary basis, but Karin has done just a wonderful job I have decided to make sure and try to keep her.

We are so lucky to have Melody from Maid Pro. We lost our long standing help and close friend to cancer. I never thought we would recover. Melody is thoughtful, honest, and darn good at her job.

I'm extremely disappointed with the cleaning service I received. Despite paying $350, the job was incomplete, and I had to redo some of the work myself. The follow-up visit to rectify the issues still was done poorly.

I hope you can take steps to improve your service quality and ensure customers receive the value they pay for.

I absolutely loved my experience! Deirdre came for our initial cleaning and after switching from other cleaning companies (would not recommend two maids from that specifically) it was SUCH a pleasant surprise. She was absolutely amazing and thorough. I hope she comes back for our next scheduled cleaning or that we get someone just as wonderful as her.
