We canceled our regular service with Two Maids after a little over a year due to issues with professionalism and a disregard for client schedules. I want to be clear that the cleaning staff themselves were always respectful, thorough, and efficient; our concerns were entirely with scheduling. It seems to be their policy to shift their scheduling problems onto the client.

On multiple occasions, I received last-minute texts on the day of service telling me - never asking - that our arrival window would be earlier. The final incident occurred at 7:30 a.m. on a Monday, when I received a same-day schedule change that derailed the start of my workweek. When I pushed back on the last-minute change, I was met with attitude, excuses, and astonishingly, over an hour of argumentative texts instead of professionalism.

It’s particularly frustrating that Two Maids charges clients a fee for rescheduling days in advance (which is generally reasonable), yet expects clients to accommodate schedule changes with only a couple hours’ notice.

Had we been given the courtesy of being asked about schedule changes—or had staff responded respectfully when concerns were raised—this would not have escalated to cancellation.

Hiring a maid service for your home depends on trust, and respect for clients’ time is a fundamental part of earning it.

While all the cleans by Two Maids have been very good, for today's clean Sierra & Que were amazing! They went above & beyond to clean a challenging home. They were friendly, professional & thorough and I would love for them to be here foe each clean!

Jenni and Jordan cleaned my house on 8/14. Asia and Serenity cleaned my house on 8/28. I wasn’t able to get the review done on the 8/14 cleaning so I am reviewing both in this review. I’ve had 7 people (3 different teams) clean since signing up. The first one was awesome, but it stopped there - until the 5 star review I left awhile ago. We were contemplating suspending service but on 8/14 our cleaning was awesome. Today’s cleaning comes to a close second. But i have to share that EVERY single person has been kind, accommodating, and willing to handle my dog. I give a huge shout out and high five to Asia and Serenity on that! I would very much like to see those three teams return. Thank you to them so so much.

Two Maids was top notch! Shonta & Fatima were courteous and efficient. I work from home and they didn't make me or my dog feel like we were in the way. My apartment has never been cleaner. I have used multiple cleaning companies and Two Maids is by far the best and the price you can't beat. I couldn't recommend them more.

I have had 2 maids doing my property for probably 2 years. They are excellent and their process, they communicate fluidly. They are timely and they are very conscientious of your personal items. They do a thorough clean, every time, always polite and courteous.

Sierra and Serenity were great! Sierra has been with me since the beginning and it so nice to have someone who knows your house. Especially the legos! It’s such a mental health process for me to have this and I am glad they are there to help me feel better!

Requested a deep plane for in between 400 and $500 cleaning crew got there at 12:30 and around 2 o’clock. They said that there is no power and they were unable to do any more work. All they got done in that hour and a half were clean two bathrooms and in the bathrooms they only did the sinks bath in shower. The mirrors were not cleaned. The floors were not swept up. The walls were not done. They did nothing to the living room or bedrooms because they said there was no power to vacuum. Guess this cleaning crew doesn’t have a broom because that was their excuse for not doing any other work but yet they still charge us $500 when we went to try to get a refund or see if they could come back they said no what they did was worth the $500. Very dissatisfied will not recommend and will never use this company again. Terrible service.

Zero stars is not an option but definitely more appropriate. I selected this agency to clean a small 3 bedroom house prior to my moving in. The house was completely empty so there was nothing in the way for them. All the services they state they provide for a move in/out service were not completed! Bathrooms have smeared mirrors, tub and shower looks untouched. Never cleaned inside or outside kitchen cabinets! This is the worst excuse for a “cleaning” service . No integrity or accountability! Extremely over priced….

Madi & Serenity did a great job cleaning my home. My husband commented how nice everything looked and he looked forward to them coming regularly. Always friendly and professional services.

I've been using Two Maids servicing for almost a year now and the experience has been really good. Our home smells and looks clean once services are completed.

The support team is professional, as is their cleaning crews (I will say, if there is a team that doesn't meet your standards, the office notes that and will send you a different crew). Their checklist keeps you aware of what areas are being serviced and can be used when you complete your walk through to ensure things are as promised.

Briy and Sam were fantastic! They arrived on time and quickly assessed our space and got to work. They explained what order they would clean and what they would do. they’re not only met my expectations, but exceeded them. My house looks and smells wonderful. These ladies were friendly and professional, and worked well together. I highly recommend this company based on my experience with Briy and Sam.

I have used this cleaning service since 2025 and have had decent service. My complaint is always the same. Not enough dust removal I always have to do some dusting after my home is cleaned. Would love a little more attention to details! The young ladies that come to my home are always very polite, friendly and respectful!
