My house was a filthy mess until Chloe and Sheena came along. They were able to get the stuck on scum off my shower door and did really well on the edges/caulking areas. I can tell they have very good attention to detail there. My floors and fridge look great and I feel like the whole house smells better after a deep cleaning! Thank you two maids🙏

I decided to try this company after seeing the online reviews. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing.
The first team they sent did a terrible job, and the office never even asked for feedback. The second team was much better, so I thought I would continue with their service. But the third time, yet another team came, and they left without cleaning basic things like my kitchen sink, the area behind my coffee machine, and even skipped mopping the stairs. If this is their idea of “premium cleaning,” my robot vacuum does a better job.
I gave feedback internally and even canceled my service, but once again, the office never asked why. The real problem isn’t the cleaners—it’s the office. You never feel like they actually care about their customers.

Fantastic job! Couldn’t be more pleased with the job they did. Polite and professional and as a result have signed on for their monthly cleaning service. I’ve tried other companies and they don’t compare to Two Maids & A Mop! This company will exceed your expectations!

I’m not really happy with it. For an empty apartment, and about an hours worth of work split between two girls, $300 was pretty steep. They didn’t clean the stove, or oven at all, and when I asked why, they told me the cleaner they had wouldn’t do much. So I feel like I paid $300 for two girls to come in and mop, which is fine given the name, but according to the website this cleaning was supposed to be much more in depth. I feel ripped off. And now I’m mad because I have to go buy whatever I need to clean everything I was supposed to be cleaned in the first place. The windows weren’t cleaned either. I hate confrontation so I didn’t really push anything in the two minutes they looked at me and waited for me to say you can leave, but since then, I’ve found my stovetop wasn’t even touched, there’s grease on it from the previous tenants, the oven is still dirty, there is dirt on my floors and the counter, the cabinets are dirty, the sink is dirty in the kitchen, etc. This is a huge disappointment as I wanted it cleaned as a convenience and now I’m out all of this money and still have to clean everything. Probably will not recommend.

I have given this company 3 tries at cleaning my house. The first time I was required to do a deep clean prior to starting bi weekly premium cleans. All three times they have been here they never touched the laundry room even though it’s included. The most recent clean they were here for only 50 minutes there just did a spot sweep and mop and missed way too many spots. They didn’t clean the window sills, appliances were left streaky. I definitely do not feel like I getting what I paid for.

I received a 4hr deep cleaning as a Christmas gift from my daughter. Both Madi & Serenity did a great job! Efficient & courteous

Short version: I paid for a deep clean of my 1,200 SF apartment and after less than two hours, the maids were gone, my apartment was still unclean, and I had a broken sliding glass door and broken blinds. I complained and was offered a reclean, but after the damage done the first round and the absolute shattered trust in their business, I did not accept. I do not recommend their services at all. Photos only capture some of the missed areas and do not include pictures of dirty floors, dusty shelves, etc.

Asia and Serenity were very thorough and thoughtful in their cleaning.
They listened through our first walk through and accomodated for my preferred ways of cleaning. Thanks ladies! You both were hardworking and sweet!
