We are very happy with the service provided by MaidPro. We are especially pleased with the thorough work performed by Ivy. She is professional and conscientious. We appreciate that MaidPro now only assigns Ivy. We no longer feel there is a stranger in our home.

Scheduled a move out clean. I was charged $75 for extra time ontop of the initial $431.17. Had realtor check the house after the first clean and the entire lower level with master bedroom and bathroom were missed and not cleaned. Sent them back out for that part of the clean. Realtor returned today and they did not sweep and clean beside the fridge and counters not wiped down in the kitchen. For the price you pay, go hire someone local in the community who will do what needs to be done as well as puts in the extra mile. This caused a lot of stress as we constantly had to babysit the services and send our realtor or friends out post clean to check. We’re choosing to not let them enter a third time to fix the mistake, we’re just done. Would not recommend.

Terri do a wonderful job. It is a big, messy house and she had the job by herself. Everything looked and smelled great when she finished!

Joshua Hall did my house today and it was so lovely. Love how he folded the blankets and touched up everywhere. The floors look amazing and everything feels so fresh and clean! Being a fulltime college student and mom of 3 boys this is just what I needed after a long summer!!! Thank you so much!!!

Aneeka and Shamika did a fabulous job with my home! They even got stains out of my cast iron tub and ceramic sink that I thought would never come out! It was lovely to come home to such a beautiful place

Angela and Aneeka came to the house that was empty for 3 years. The house was full of dust and cobweb. They both rolled down their sleeves and 3 hours later, the house was immaculately clean.

We have a large house with cats and so the floors and furniture have cat hair, and of course there is dust. Philecia does a fantastic job - she arrives full of energy and happy to get to work. When we need to work at home, she works around us and still gets all the rooms clean. The floors are also so clean when she is done - it just plain feels good. The house feels and looks clean. It is so refreshing to have a clean house.

Hillary is not only friendly, she is extremely thorough and l absolutely love her!!! She did an absolutely phenomenal job cleaning my home. I want to adopt her!!!! Please make her my permanent person to clean my home. She is hard working and l absolutely love the attention that she pays to every detail!!! Very detail oriented. She deserves an A+++++!!!!!

Thorough cleaning of my Condo. Nori was terrific and very efficient. I would give her 5 stars. Totally worth the money. I have company coming and couldn’t get to the deep cleaning. Definitely will use this company again.

I love Maid Pro so much. Karin is absolutely amazing. I feel so spoiled when I get my floors clean. I have a three year old and Karin is very efficient and great at getting at all the crumbs and milk stains my toddler leaves around!

Tamara is the best PRO. She is so detailed and does a thorough job cleaning. We enjoy the little things she does like lining up my son’s animals on his bed frame head and foot boards or my dog’s lamb chop on top of neatly folded blankets. Every fixture and faucet truly shines and my home feels so luxurious when I come home after she cleans. It is truly the best gift my family receives so we can enjoy more time together especially with a clean house going into the weekend. Thank you, MaidPro!

This was my first time using MaidPro, and I had a wonderful experience thanks to Christina J. She did an amazing job thoroughly cleaning my home every area was handled with care and attention to detail. My home felt refreshed and truly spotless when she was finished.
Christina was also very polite, professional, and displayed excellent customer service throughout the entire visit. She made me feel comfortable and confident that my home was in good hands.
Unfortunately, I did not have the same experience with her advisor, who was not polite or considerate toward me. That part was disappointing. However, Christina’s professionalism and quality of work absolutely stood out and made the service worthwhile.
I truly appreciate the effort she put into cleaning my home and would gladly have her service my home again.
