This was my second time using MTS and I was again extremely pleased! We called Tom in the late afternoon as our downstairs AC unit went out and he had someone at the house the very next morning. I called Tom after the service call as I was not home when Daniel assessed the situation. Tom provided two options, called me back within 10 minutes with the quotes and had the outside AC unit replaced the next day (at a very reasonable price I might add). At MTS everyone is professional, courteous and extremely efficient. I have never worked with such a responsive HVAC company before and they are definitely my only go to HVAC company I will use in the future. Thank you MTS!

My in laws recommended MTS as they had done work on their hvac system in the past, and are the first contractors they really trusted to do good work. I called on Monday as my hvac unit had been messing up. This time of year I knew they would be backed up with service requests, but they got me on their list and came out, ran multiple tests, and fixed the issue. They ended up saving me a bunch of money from the previous estimate from a competitor. I will definitely call them for yearly upkeep on our system for now on.

My Three Sons has been a lifesaver several times...middle of winter and in the heat of the summer. They were able to help us get a couple more years out of an old HVAC unit through regular maintenance and reasonably priced replacement parts. Once we were ready to replace the unit they gave us a great price and service. We have recommended MTS to several friends!

Brian and Mike have worked on my house for years. They repaired my old unit and even worked late into the night so my family and I would have heat one time. Then when we decided it was time for a new unit, there was no other company I would use except My Three Sons. They went over all of the options with me and I was confident in my purchase. They listen to the customer, take time to go over all of the options and follow up on their service.

I recommend them with the utmost confidence to friends and everyone has thanked me for introducing them to such a respectable and honest company.

Got some absolutely outstanding service from MTS today. I came home at noon and found my downstairs unit had quit working. I called Brian and he said that either he or someone else would be there with in the hour. I couldn't believe it. They came and fixed the problem and had me back up and running. I have used MTS for service contracts and all my repair and replacement work for 7 years and they are amazing. Very reasonably priced too.

It is so rewarding to find a company with such
integrity. MTS provided us with outstanding service with no unnecessary extra repairs. We have a 7 year old unit that stopped working on Friday of Memorial Day weekend. We called MTS and Brian came right out. We thought we would be without AC all weekend but we were up and running within an hour of him arriving at a great price! Brian and MTS are honest, professional and reliable and we will not call anyone else.

MTS installed a new HVAC system in my home when its name was My Three Sons. I use MTS only, for servicing my system. This is an exceptional company, always providing great quality in products and workmanship. When you have an appointment with them and they are going to be late, you'll receive a phone call and they will tell you why they will be late (more than likely they found unexpected problems in a earlier appointment customer's home. While I very seldom recommend a vendor, I recommend MTS without reservations.

I arrived back in town in the middle of the recent heatwave to find my A/C not working. My Three Sons to the rescue!! They promptly sent a team to determine the problem, quickly identified the issue and presented a solution. Their commitment to customer satisfaction while performing the service was evident. True professionals!!

Horrible customer service!! Never came back to finish the job and didn’t respond to the texts and calls I made to them. After seeing the 5 star reviews and having them recommend, I thought they were a reputable company. Going through the death of my mom and needing her HVAC fixed made no difference to them.

Finally we gave up the battle with that jet noise making contactor grade AC. Which brand to go? Which company to choose? Not an easy task. Luckily some nice people left honest feedbacks about their previous experience which makes my choice easier. Now it is my turn to post some comments here.

I compared quotes from several companies and went with JT Mechanical. What a great choice! Price is good. AC installation crew are really paying attention to details. All working areas are covered. End result is that the Carrier Infinity heat pump is amazing. It is quiet and efficient. The outdoor unit is barely louder than a running fan. The wifi enabled thermostat shows you the outdoor weather and energy consumption and more. Last Saturday it only costs 48 cents to operate. Plus, you can even control it using smartphone. Cool.

Jeff, the owner, is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Mike his son and Chris and Dan are polite and professional. Wonderful people. They even identify an safety issue with my water heater in attic and fixed it on the spot. Good price and good service. What else are you looking for? Give them a try. This society should reward these honest and hard working people. JT is definitely one of them.

Update:

Four years later, it is time to get a new HVAC system for the first floor. I just directly go to JT mechanical. Comparison is not needed anymore this time. Yes, they are good as usual. They amazed me again with their quality product and installation!

My 21 year old Carrier AC finally gave up after all these years of service to me. I found JT Mechanical Co. on the internet and decided to give them a call. Jeff came out and we discussed what my needs are and he advised me what would be best for my home. I completely trusted Jeff’s recommendation based on his knowledge and honesty and decided to follow his advice. One week later the “crew” arrived, Mike, David and Chris. These men are REMARKABLE, PROFESSIONAL EFFICIENT and kind. It took 2 days to install my new air conditioner, furnace and water heater as well as one new vent under the house and one new vent in the attic.
Everything was insulated and installed perfectly and all this done with no mess at all in my home. My new Carrier system is wonderful and so is the water heater. JT Mechanical is my HVAC company FOREVER. Thank you!!!! 

I called in a panic around 5:00 pm and Jeff got back to me within the hour. He offered to come out same day, even though it was going to be 7:00 pm before he could get there. He fixed our problem easily and the service charge we had to pay was absolutely reasonable. They've serviced our A/C before and we'll continue to use them in the future. We definitely recommend JT Mechanical.

Chris has been servicing our units twice a year and it is amazing each time. He is prompt, friendly, and does his job well. If you are looking for an HVAC company, I highly recommend JT Mechanical.

Called in for a frozen AC Line, Jeff returned the call within 30 minutes and had dispatch Chris that arrived within 30 minutes. That is very quick turn around, Chris did a check up on the blower capacitor and found it burnt, replaced it and cool air starts blasting again, he also checked the blower amp consumption to make sure the blower motor did not get burned due to the capacitor failure, he also checked the freon and pressure and made sure there were no leaks in the system, all done in less than an hour, will recommend and call them again for this service.

I consider JT Mechanical one of the Best at the Beach. Always receive Top Notch Professionalism when it comes to servicing our unit. Shout-out to "Chris" for another superb visit. Chris is always courteous, polite, and knowledgeable when he comes to our home. Wouldn't go anywhere else for our HVAC servicing.

They were super professional on the phone and gave me an exact appointment for that same morning, not a window of time. The technician arrived on time, was clean, courteous, and professional. It took him all of 2 minutes to fix my heating issue and they only charged for the service call. I will definitely recommend JT mechanical.

Jeff and his team came out and replaced our old heat pump. Jeff was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain why my old system was not cooling or heating the house properly. My air handler was original to the house and the returns were not adequate to move enough air.

His team installed the new Carrier system in 2 days about 10 days ago and our house has been very comfortable. Jeff ensured that we were happy with the install and clean up and made sure we knew how to properly operate everything.

Company installed and maintains our ac/furnace and replaced all ductwork after critters attacked and ruined our ducts. We trust them and are very pleased with their work. Jeff and his team are extremely thorough and explain all work beforehand in a very professional manner. We highly recommend this company.
