I was worried that this foam that was on the wall of the pipe connected to the hvac (installed by another company in April) was some type of mold. Josh answered all my questions and even FaceTimed me to see the wall. This is above and beyond customer service. He eased my fears that it wasn’t anything like bacteria or mold. Now with it being randomly warm in December I can run the air conditioner without fear of what’s coming in the house! Will definitely use Larkin for every air and heating service we need and recommend to all my friends! Thank you!

Larkin heating and air has serviced both my hvac systems in my last two homes. Not only is Josh a master of his craft he has a certain kindness to him that is not very common in tradesmen and that is a special trait. First off I take care of my 80+ year old parents, they have used Larkin for many, many years! Larkin has ALWAYS taken care of my parents no matter what the issue is! Josh is SIMPLY THE BEST!! Last night(7/3) their A/C went out, Mom called Josh and he went out of his way and his family on a holiday(7/4) to come out to solve their issue!! Initially upset as I was scheduled for a technician to come diagnose my HVAC issues and he no-showed. I had to take PTO day and this appointment was scheduled a week out. Multiple phone calls to the office that day reassured me that the technician was coming, but it never happened. Thankfully, the emergency technician came out first thing Saturday morning to help. He was great. He helped coordinate for a quote the following Monday. I had the quote and HVAC installed all within 48 hours. Quote was less than expected and I am overall happy with this team.

I returned to the area four years ago, looking for a reputable hvac company. I've been so pleased with every aspect of their service, from maintaining the existing system until I replaced with a Trane system 18 months ago. Today's service was routine scheduled maintenance, Luis was the technician. As with every representative of Smiley's he was professional, attentive to my questions. I asked him to take an extra moment to check the attic for any concerns (rodent, water damage etc).

Devine was a God send. I’ve dealt with 3 other contractors who had no idea what they were doing. Devine was on time, polite and very informative as he took his time informing me on the true issue at hand.

Great experience from beginning to end. Quick response. Rick came out to give an estimate and was happy for me to follow him around to see what’s what. TJ, Jay Jay and Chris were here for 2 full days working diligently. They were polite and thoughtful; TJ was great about answering questions and concerns and explaining things.
The work is “neat as pin”; they took out wires and pipes that were no longer necessary. As far as I’m concerned they went above and beyond what I expected. Thank you gentlemen for a good experience.

The pilot on our HWH, which heats the house as well would not stay lit. Randy was very polite and professional. Communication was good. He explained what the problem was and had the thermocouple to repair the problem. I had called a different service first. They came out promptly on a Saturday to tell us after 10 minutes in the attic they don’t work on HWH. And of course we were charged for the visit. (That’s a different review) I appreciate Smiley’s and Randy for being a Company I can trust for future Services. Thank you. Happy New Year

We are happy with our system now installed by Smokey’s, after a bit of done challenges, they were helpful at solving previous issue. But today I take the time to review because last visit was RIDICULOUS, The person that was assigned for our latest free included system check up was not good. Tired, overworked? I don’t know but seemed to take it out on us. Arrived saying he is ready to go home.
Our house is show free. I asked if he had shoe coverings as we have a baby at home. He made a face as if my question was unreasonable. After checking in his car and saying he didn’t have some, he asked if we should reschedule. I requested kindly if he can instead wear plastic bags I was offering. He refused and suggested to wipe clean his soles while rolling eyes. He mentioned his soles sparkling clean, and that he has never had to wipe his soles before (as he did it). It made it seem like my request was unreasonable and crazy. I guess he has no idea that bacteria is invisible to the eyes.

Mr Divine was very professional, on time and very knowledgeable. he did a great job!

1/5/26-1/8/26 jeremy g and his crew showed up on time everyday, for duct replacement installation. jeremy as well as his crew was very respectful and respectful of my residence, they covered carpet and cleaned up everyday. jeremy is very knowledgeable and was able to explain answers to all questions asked. great job!

It was an exceptionally good experience from start to finish.
Especially notable was the installation process. The installation team leader, Jeremy, was prompt, efficient, polite, sensitive to my needs and professional throughout the process. He is an excellent representative of, and a credit to, the organization.
I commend him and highly recommend Smiley's.

Zack was professional, courteous and my dog liked him! He did a great job and was patient in answering my questions. This service was complimentary since we just had a new system installed.
