Fantastic experience with an incredibly knowledgeable technician. Explained everything through the entire process, no pressure to upsell on anything but laid out what the current issues were, how he could fix them and some future issues I should consider getting ahead of. I'll be reccomending them to everyone I know confidently.

Chris and Jacob did a fantastic job once arrived, they were respectful of property and they didn't rush anything. They walked me threw new thermostat setup and checked all lines to make sure it was safe before cleaning and packing up and leaving.. I highly recommend and ask for them two for installing your new units ..

Once again, I am glad that my spouse and I chose Smiley's to be our hvac service providers. This is only the second time for this service, the already we feel confident that whatever service that is stated to be in need is the actual diagnosis for any problem at hand. I consider this level of service in line with a local company that is family-owned and proudly operated by father and daughters as well as a courteous and knowledgeable staff.

I was extremely pleased with the appointment with Dakota. He made very sure from the moment he got here what he was going to do and what was covered on this visit. He answered every question I had and explained things thoroughly. He was both friendly and professional. I was impressed and signed up for the yearly contract.

Daniel and his crew did a fantastic job with my HVAC replacement. Daniel was very respectful, polite, knowledgeable and professional, as well as the other installers. He takes pride in his work. I am very pleased with Smiley's and they never disappoint!

Smiley’s HVAC company is an outstanding business. Hayden, the service technician and his assistant performed a thorough inspection and cleaning of our HVAC system and machinery filters. Randy, you was great. I trust him very respectful and seemed that he was steadfast and trying to find the leak in my system. I think he was thorough. The only reason I don’t have five stars up here is because I don’t think I should’ve paid $300 for really not having a firm diagnosis.
Having said that I would still recommend Smileys To anyone and also recommend Randy U.

After 3 months of dealing with another company who never fixed our heat, I called Wendy at Smiley’s and she had someone out to look at our system the very next day. Rick came out and was extremely helpful and diligent and had his crew out first thing in the morning to get the system replaced. After waiting 3 months for nothing with another company, Smiley’s made it happen in less than 48 hours. The work/service was extremely good, and not only that, but they are a big company that actually cares! Highly recommend!

Our Bosch heat pump (less than 2 years old) suddenly stopped working during the coldest spell of the year. Chris came and correctly identified the problem and because of difficulties in getting all parts in (the indoor air handler was badly overheated/burned), and Chris and Norman recommended replacing the entire indoor air handler. A crew of 2 (I do not remember their name) came and installed the new air handler in perhaps the coldest day of the season. However, the new system was not up and running efficiently (I think partly because the temperature was so low and they could not charge the freon completely). Chris came again to check around and did some adjustment, which improved the efficiency of the system, but the system still did not work as it should. So Chris came a third time when the temperature was warmer yesterday and completely charged the system. After that, the system is now working perfectly.

During all the visits, Chris was very courteous and professional and knew what he was doing. He cared about the property and always used shoe bags when need to get inside the house. All in all, we were very pleased with his visits and will definitely call him again if there is any new issue that may come up.

We had a major job. We had to have a main sewage line replaced that ran under our Theatre's slab that ran under our main peformace space machinery room. That required removal of one of out duel condenser units and a big section of ducting. Including the fire shut off damper. This is an large industrial sized system required the pump down and recharging of this large system. Smileys did a great job of the removal and reinstall of everything on schedule and with a team of friendly professional people. We are totally satisfied with Smileys performance and quality work.

Mr. Alexander M. was highly professional and quickly identified the root cause of the issue, resolving it efficiently. He also took the time to point out potential concerns I should monitor in the future. I would confidently recommend Smiley’s Heating & Cooling to others. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I am very satisfied as a customer.

The crew arrived on time each day and kept me informed throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond by educating me on items I should inspect under my house, which made me feel like they were truly looking out for my best interests. Overall, it was a great customer experience.

We recently got 2 new HVAC systems along with new ductwork and getting new supply/ return access. From the start Ryan came in and was, professional, kind and informative. He did a detailed inspection of the house and evaluated the needs for us. He went above and beyond suggesting different ways to address our space and was patient when we switched before options. Most importantly he was able to explain technical information to us who have no background in HVAC. We were quoted 3 days for the install, however it was completed in two. The day before we were given an arrival time and the Smileys crew was right on time, we did a walk through and they got started. We had two teams working at the same time and everyone was respectful of our space, and made sure to take care of our home in every way. I was especially impressed with the "upstairs team" consisting of Brandon, Kyle and Jack. They had to navigate a tight spot with heavy equipment, access the attic and install our unit, we also got a new return added and apparently there was a small imperfection that Brandon could of never mentioned and we would of never known HOWEVER he made sure to point it out and said that they were going to get a new one installed. That type of integrity and professionalism is hard to find in todays world. The "upstairs team" came back the next day to finish up our ductwork and they did a great job at communicating what was going on, we had a thermostat issue and they troubleshooted issues with the current thermostat and even installed a new one. Brandon, Kyle and Jack were true professionals through and through and I couldn't of been more reassured that our HVAC needs are taken care of with the Smileys team. Hopefully we will only need to see them at out maintenance appts for the next few years haha

Chris was very accommodating of our time. Did a first class install and I'm now happy to say I have heat again! Our 20 year old gas furnace died in coldest winter in record in 10 years. Decided to replace that and our just as old AC unit. Smilie's made the whole process pain-free. Would definitely recommend Smilie's and definitely recommend Chris.

I had a great experience with Dakota from Smiley’s while he worked on my AC unit. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and respectful from start to finish. Dakota clearly explained what was going on with the unit and made sure everything was working properly before he left. Randy with Smiles HVAC was extremely professional and informative. He answered all our questions. We needed help during over the weekend before the snowstorm when our heat went out. He was timely and found the problem quickly. It was worth the cost. I would highly recommend this company.
