I found JT Mechanical online by reading all the great reviews and figured I had nothing to lose by having them come by for a free estimate on my much needed ac and heat system replacement. I was pleasantly surprised when Jeff (the owner) showed up. He arrived on time, had a great attitude, friendly and was very knowledgeable. I immediately felt comfortable and trusted Jeff. His recommendations was customized to meet my family needs. There was NEVER a feeling of this guy is trying to rip me off. I felt Jeff and his team were the right people for the job. During the installation my home was treated as their own with blankets laid down where they were working making it easy to clean up at the end of each working day. I liked that JT Mechanical does all repairs instead of subletting out to a third party. Each person was friendly and the repairs where done on time. Wow what a difference in my home comfort.

From the moment the owner walked in to provide an estimate until the time the employees left after the install was the best experience I could have asked for with any company I have ever had at my home. I had 4 other companies come to my home to provide an estimate and none of them walked me through the process or pointed out the issues with the system I had like JT Mechanical. Then, on top of that I had professionals installing my new system who went the extra mile to make the smallest things important to them. JT Mechanical installed my system in 2017. I called for service because my ac would run but wasn’t cooling as it should. They were able to get their maintenance technician, Chris, out to see me before I had to leave for work. I appreciate them accommodating my schedule. They were very polite and clean. I highly recommend JT Mechanical.

Jeff and his team came in and installed a complete new system from our Heat pump to the outside compressor. The install was done with precision and a high degree of professionalism. The finished product including a new return air diffuser and enlarged attic access opening were installed neatly and with out mess. I feel we were given great quality for the job done and an honest price. Jeff was great in explaining the options and pros and cons of each choice. I will definitely recommend JT Mechanical for anyone looking for quality and performance.

I contacted JT Mechanical this morning in regards to issues we've been having with our gas furnace not coming on. The gentleman I spoke with was very friendly, and was able to have someone out the same day! The technician, David, who came out was friendly, knowledge, and very accommodating to all the questions asked. This is a very good company with a dependable crew of workers. I highly recommend this company! I'm very glad I called them. =) Plus the price was reasonable as well, no complaints. I will definitely use them again.

Had two new heat pump systems installed. I've had JT Mechanical maintain my systems for about 20 years. At the beginning it was Jeff Thomas himself that worked on my systems, then his son Mike, and more recently fine young men Jeff has hired, including military veterans. But Jeff still checks in with me occasionally, and he advised me about my options when I wanted to replace my old heat pump systems. Mike was the crew chief for the installation process, which took three days. You see on JT Mechanical trucks and at the top of their web site, "Honest Professional Service" and that perfectly sums up what you get when you hire JT Mechanical. The three man crew arrived on time on the appointed day and got right to work. For three straight days they worked non-stop; quietly, with exceptional care to keep my house clean. They laid drop cloths to walk across, wore booties over their shoes, and cleaned up each day. At the end I was briefed how to operate my systems and they are working perfectly. If I could give JT Mechanical ten stars I would, for this job, and for all the times over the last twenty years they have provided me outstanding service. Look no further than JT Mechanical!!

Chris was knowledgeable and professional. We were impressed with the quality of service we received and Chris's attention to detail. We had decided to sign up for the maintenance plan based on our previous experience with Chris and this was our scheduled maintenance. We really appreciate JT Mechanical sending us an email to remind us it was time.

Absolutely the best! I have a Aquatherm system and it is really hard to find someone who knows it. A friend told me about JT and said "they like to find the problem and do it right." Well my system was leaking water so I called JT first thing in the morning and he had Mike at my house within an hour. Mike found the leak right away, he also showed me where my pan was cracked and noticed that the system was installed incorrectly. Due to the system being very old and I have already invested thousands of dollars in repairs(to companies who had no clue about the system) I just asked if he could install a new one. Mike said that he could and it will be correctly. A couple of days later him and Rick installed a new system, built stand for the unit, and placed custom duct work. Such perfection! Iam so happy to have found this company. They are knowledgeable, professional, and very fair in pricing. I already have them coming in the next couple of weeks to start another project and looking forward to that being done right!

J T Mechanical immediately responded to my need for help in fixing the handler for a heat pump. The problem was quickly diagnosed and a part was ordered. The part was installed promptly with a full explanation. The technician who worked on my heat pump was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. I plan to call on them again in the future.

Jason and his crew diagnosed my a/c problem and gave me the options of repairing or replacing my a/c condenser. Due the age of my unit I asked JT to replace the condenser.

The price was very competitve and the new condenser was installed and working perfectly two days later.
