Attention leadership and management. Please don’t notify a customer that the item is ready for pick up only to have the customer show up and wait 20 minutes for the “warehouse associate to pull the order“ complete waste of time.

I cannot recommend Newbern Mechanical enough! They put in a complete new hvac system in our home and it amazingly exceeds my expectations. We've had nothing but absolutely positive experiences with them for over 20 years.

I could feel they cared. They made me and my family a priority. We had been without heat for over a month and when I finally reached out to them I thought to myself what took me so long. Very easy to work with I didn't have anxiety about the cost and they just simply blew me away with how nice and professional and understanding they were. I would recommend, refer and always return for my a/c ,heating or water heater issues.

We've been a customer for many, many years and whether it's new install, (which they did for our furnace and insta hot water heater), annual maintenance agreement (every year for many years) or emergency service for lack of heat (as happened yesterday Sunday Jan 14, 2024) JR and his entire team are a pleasure to work with. Everybody on his team I've ever worked with has been genuinely concerned for our safety and our satisfaction. If I could rate them higher than a 5, I would.

We had Newbern completely replace our downstairs gas packaged unit, upstairs furnace and outdoor condenser, and redo some of the ducting in our home. The Trane equipment they installed has already saved me several hundred dollars when compared to our previous year's electric and gas usage. Our house is now comfortable all of the time and can easily attain the desired thermostat setting, including target humidity.

Their quote and services were very competitive and best suited our needs. They completed the work within their original time estimate, even after a couple of slight revisions. All of their staff were very friendly and perfectly professional at all times. They left no mess and there were ZERO complications. Newbern was recommended by our neighbors and we would DEFINITELY recommend them to others.

Newbern Mechanical was fantastic. They didn't stop til they found my HVAC issue. And the final charge was less than half of the other estimate I received from another contractor. Kudos! These guys are the best!

I moved into a new place and was worried about the dust. International Duct Service came out and explained everything. The air duct cleaning really helped clear the stale smell from the previous owners. It is wonderful to breath fresh air again.
