It was easy to appoint them and they sent professional techs in my home the same day. Very grateful because they really cleaned my duct and the air feels fresher now.

The work that the crew did was totally on an international level. They cleaned and fixed my duct so well I can’t even the difference between the duct I have now and the newly installed ducts on other houses. All I can say now is great job guys!

Arrived on time and was quite pleasant! They showed me my furnace, which was covered with an inch of dust and would have become a major issue in the near future if I hadn't had them clean it for me, and it looked brand new! I had them cleaned our air ducts as well. It was definitely worthwhile, and I would recommend it!

I was really pleased with the service but also with the pricing too. Just recently got a foul smell in my ducts and immediately called for a same day service with them. As soon as the techs arrived they started right away and found the cause of the smell which is a dead bird. Super clean we can really tell the difference. Thank you so much!

My kids were coughing so much every time they went to sleep and it was honestly starting to freak me out. I finally figured out it had to be the vents so I called for a duct cleaning. The International Duct Service tech showed up with all his gear and just got right to work. He actually showed me how much gross dirt was trapped in there and it was way more than I expected.

After the air ducts were finally done the whole house just felt comfortable again. I am honestly just so glad I found them because my kids are finally sleeping through the night without coughing.

The technician from International Duct Service was super friendly and did not try to sell me on items I did not need. He focused on cleaning the registers and that was it. He noticed a few spots where there was a lot of dust and cleaned those up for me. The air duct cleaning left my home in Virginia Beach smelling fresh and like the ocean breeze outside.

This company is outstanding. They are fast, reliable and knowledgeable. I used this company twice. (electrical & a/c). The response time was great. They explained to me exactly what they were doing. If you looking for a reliable and knowledgeable company definitely give them a call.

PLE was professional, courteous and provided quick service. I am in Hampton. I love supporting locally owned small businesses in our area and they did not disappoint! 10 out if 10 highly recommend.

They are very unprofessional. From the clerk that answers the phone to the technician they sent out. The never fixed the problem with my heating and AC. They came to my house and didn't notify me rhat they was coming, and they left after I took off work and was on my way. The technician lied and said my blower was frozen. The next day the technician was late 30 minutes. Than he said I had a freon leak, I ask him was it fixed he said it could be fixed. The first time he came out he changed the board, defrost, ane censor and said it was fix. But it wasn't, now he said its a freon leak. I told him that nit true, he got mad stormed out of my houe. Now I have to call another company out to fix my heat and it's going to snow tonight. These pepole does not care about others all they care about is getting money out of you or your warranty company.

Love this company. Very polite, courteous and professional. When I spoke with the owner he came to my house himself and then sent guys to follow up. Both Josh and Jay were easy to work with and I had some unique problems but they had a GREAT attitude. Not your typical experience.

Steve, Josh and team installed two new heat pump units in my home in 2018, and they have been working like a champ ever since. We had a really good collaboration in the planning stage, and Steve offered us several different options to consider to address some of the issues we had with our old system. During install, the team had to be creative to get around several issues that were related to our old construction. Since install, the team has been really responsive to our service calls, helping us program our thermostats to balance our various heating systems. Overall, they made me feel like they were working on their own house with the care they took in planning the install, and the quality of their workmanship.
