TRASH SERVICE!!! They don’t treat you like a priority! They are not based on convenience AT ALL. The WORST! If I could do ZERO stars I would! A whole week without AC because THEY can’t get to you is out of this world HORRIBLE! Go somewhere else! Please save yourself a headache.

Looks like literally none of their drivers can be trusted. Driver of van 60 in Virginia Beach aggressively tailgated me when I was already going 3 over the speed limit then sped around me to cut me off on Holland Rd. Normally I would brush that off in morning commute traffic but this was early afternoon.

Thank you guys! Came out same day, changed the capacitor and our A.C. is working.

Had my new HVAC installed 2 months ago. Made 2 phone calls and a text to Rodney about drainage issue. He never returned my call. Had recommended him to my daughter and she had similar issues, thankfully she didnt hire him. Do Not Recommend.

We have used Airtrade to install a new gas furnace at our rental house and they fixed our ac unit outside. They were very prompt and gave us excellent service. Very reasonable prices would highly recommend.

After spending thousands of dollars with another company, and still being told it'd cost more money to have the unit repaired (they couldn't figure out the issue), I gave Rod and Blaine at Airtrade a call. They were able to find the issue by detailed problem solving, and discovered that it was something as minor as a sensor, which was easily and cost effectively replaced. I am very pleased with their patience and dedication to help me solve an issue that others couldn't. I would recommend them!

I would like to thank Pastor Woolard for coming to fix my HVAC system about six years ago. The warranty company came out looked at it and said that the unit needed to be replaced and they said it would cost $5,000. Pastor Woolard brought His students out and showed them how to fix it and all I think I paid for were parts. Thank you Pastor Woolard, may God bless you and help us in all our endeavours and teach us more and more about who He is.

Update:
We actually paid and they didn't finish the work. They should pay us back some of the money left over. Thank God for credit card protection. If he had a claim his bank would have protected him. That said, stop selling these junky products that do not work.
