We recently had our HVAC air ducts sanitized and repaired by Jacob Barefoot, and he did an excellent job. He replaced all the air vents for us as well. The service was prompt, thorough, and professional. He was attentive making sure I was informed of the work completed and answered any questions I had.

Jacob did a fantastic job cleaning and sanitizing our air ducts. Our 2 story house is in Yorktown had major construction after being flooded from a broken pipe. We hired Universal after all the saw dust and dry wall was finished so wanted the air vents cleaned. Jacob was very polite, cleaned up after himself, and helped me move my heavy/awkward furniture back into place. I asked how he could take care of how the old ducts could fit better into the new vents I bought. His solution will keep mold from reforming. Highly recommend Universal and their tech Jacob.
