We had an excellent experience with Doug and his team at Air Duct Pro! From the moment they arrived, they were professional, respectful, and extremely knowledgeable. Doug walked us through the entire process before getting started, explaining what they’d be doing, what to expect, and answering all of our questions without rushing us.

Once they got to work, it was clear this team takes pride in doing things the right way. They were thorough, careful with our home, and made sure every vent, return, and duct was fully cleaned out. They even showed us before-and-after photos of the inside of our ducts, and the difference was shocking! *edited to respond to owner, it was done through my spouses name which is the same last name as mine on here. End of July 2025. We know it is Air Duct Pro that we used as the caller ID and number matches from that time; we have proof with phone records. You definitely did not respond to phone calls or answer when we had called and left a voicemails saying there was an issue. I also recognize the person is one of the images for this business as one of the individuals who had come out to do the job. My Ring camera caught it as well. Please take responsibility and do better. Not even asking for a refund but just be responsible.

We used Air Duct Pro for a dryer vent cleaning in July 2025. The individuals who came out to do the service were friendly and professional. We felt the work was well done based on the pictures they showed us of the end result.

The dryer still wasn't drying things well, but there was no indication of the vent being blocked per the dryer. Then the dryer indicates the vent is blocked.

We called Air Duct Pro once we saw that, they didn't answer. We called many times, left voicemails, sent emails, heard absolutely nothing from them. I'm assuming because they heard in our voicemail we were having issues and they likely didn't want to deal with it.

We eventually had our dryer looked at by a repair company just to ensure that there were no issues with that; our dryer did end up having other issues unrelated to the vent. So we just got an entire new dryer. But even with a new dryer, it is still not drying clothes, which immediately points to the vent being the problem.

We had a different company come out to inspect the vent, turns out Air Duct Pro did not actually clean the vent almost at all. I am not sure what pictures they showed us or if it was even our vent that they showed us, but the pictures this company just showed us were appalling. Many sticks and debris were left, and the mountain of lint that came out when this other company did the cleaning was outstanding, that shows Air Duct Pro did absolutely nothing to clean the vent. Over $200 spent for absolutely nothing and the fact that they purposely ignore calls or emails when an issue comes up, that really speaks to the scam they have going.

Please be very careful when using this company.

Previous owner of past several decades was a smoker, so the system needed serious cleaning! The attention to detail was a big selling point, and the crew remained detail oriented throughout - even followed up on areas of special concern. Douglas’s staff is tremendous - Frank, Gabe, and Brandon were professional and conscientious. Love that they cleaned everything so well right down to the vent covers!

Everyone was very helpful in getting a quick appointment scheduled. In order to help me quickly get rid of the dead rodents in the ducts, they came out on the weekend. The guys were very thorough and the place was smelling better before they even finished.

They called 30 minutes in advance saying they were on their way and were very nice and helpful when they were here! They did an amazing job getting all the lint out of my clogged dryer vent and vaccumed up all the lint! I highly recommend Air Duct Pro for anyone needing their dryer vent unclogged! 5 star service!

The two young men that took on the task could not have been nicer or more considerate. They worked steadily, as quietly as possible all day long - they did a great job of thoroughly cleaning the vents and the washing machine/dryer set up - and cleaning up after themselves along the way. My wife and I were very happy with the job they did and happily recommend them to others.

Not only did the two techs work outside (dryer vent cleaning) for an hour during the 20 degree cold snap but they did so with a smile and without complaint. End result was completely clean 10’ dryer vent. We highly recommend!

Frank was very knowledgable about problems with mold in HVAC systems and in the type of system that we have. The pricing was very reasonable compared to other quotes we received. It was good to know that the flex duct cleaning with an air whip rather than with a spinning brush is much gentler on the flexible duct material and prevents damage to the flex duct. This may also have helped reduce our costs. The technicians arrived on time, were very polite, and were also very knowledgeable about their cleaning processes and the system that we have. They did a great job, cleaning the coil, the duct, the grills, the returns, as well as treating the plenum. The whole place smelled clean afterwards.
when he came to give us an estimate, we had forgotten to let Frank know about an area in our structure that is also served by the same system and had a few more ducts, supply grilles, and one more return to be cleaned. I called Frank the day of the installation when I realized there was extra work and asked how much more we would need to pay to have that portion of the system cleaned as well, and he advised of the added price. This did not add too much more cost.
It was nice that Frank advised upfront that there could be additional cost if the discharge plenum above our cased coil had mold as well. He said he wasn’t sure if it was porous or steel material inside. It turned out that it did have mold in it because it was porous, and the cost to paint it was less than what he had originally thought it might be. This is a trustworthy group, and I would recommend them to anyone.

The two men who showed up did a wonderful job. Extremely professional and efficient. Even went the extra mile by going into our crawl space to clean out that area as well because our dryer vent wasn't linked up properly (which was great to learn)! An absolute 180 in how well I can breathe through my nose already. Wish we would have done this sooner, but grateful we did now. Couldn't recommend a better company for the job! My 2 year old happened to drop my husband’s wedding ring down our air vent, we were freaking out! We tried everything to get it out ourselves to no luck. We booked with Air Duct Pros and they were able to come out next day. The two techs were friendly and worked quickly, using their camera to find the ring first. It turned out the ring was far in the duct, he had to go through the crawl space to remove the duct and retrieve the ring. It was a success! We are so beyond happy to have gotten the ring back!!
