Mechanical Equipment nor Bosch are standing behind their 10 year warranty. We have contacted them both and it’s going on 4 weeks without heat due to a bad compressor. Contractor had to contact Bosch to complete onsite troubleshooting. After three trips to my house and being put on hold for over 2 hours each time he finally talked to a Bosch service tech. They confirmed the compressor was bad and should be warranty. It’s been another wasted week and they both are pointing the problem to each other. This should have been handled and warranty completed by Mechanical Equipment within a few days. They should have dealt directly with their manufacturer Bosch to complete this warranty. I will change my review if this is resolved soon.

We have been using Mechanical for our geothermal systems for about 10 years now. Always responsive and have always went out of their way to get things done.

I have been doing business with Mechanical Equipment Sales for 40 years. The staff has always been both professional and knowledgeable. It was always a pleasure to speak with Mr Charlie Elks and learn from his experiences. My salesman has always and continues to be Mr Ed Futch. Ed has become a friend over these many years. I have relied on Ed’s knowledge and have always received the prompt support from him. Mechanical Equipment Sales sets the gold standard in HVAC equipment and support.

Subpar and lazy.
They attempted to install a worse duct system than I had originally until I crawled underneath my house and discovered it. After I called they came back and fixed what was obviously shoddy work. Unfortunately I wasn’t diligent enough in my inspection(Mike Lewis failed to do a proper inspection) because again I discovered where they lazily finished. I’m disappointed after spending about $8k on a new system just to get short changed at every turn. I don’t recommend using them for anything if this is the quality you get.

They did a thorough and great job. My ducts were dirty after previous renovations and they left my home smelling good and with a noticeable improvement in air quality

These guys did great with cleaning my vents and ducts! I had 16 vents total and they took their time to prep, do the work, and clean thoroughly afterwards. They inspected for mold and mildew as well as deodorize the vents so they left my house smelling nice and not overpowering. The owner and his team take pride on the work that they do so they do a walkthrough with you right after to make sure that you are satisfied with the job! Would recommend my friends and would hire again for my yearly dryer vent cleaning!
