My dryer vent required immediate attention. Douglas from Air Dict Pro VB schedule the service at the exact time that was requested. I was eminently impressed by Gabriel and Pedro. They are polite, respectful and kind, with exceptional work ethic. They called to inform me that they were in route, providing an eta, in which they arrived on time. They were efficient, knowledgeable, accommodating, and understanding to our unique situation of my external dryer vent being located in my neighbor’s yard. Doug and his team are amazing! We haven’t even moved in yet, but after they came and cleaned our vents, the difference in the smell of our house is unbelievable. Brandon and Gabriel were fantastic — they spent about six hours deep cleaning the vents and arrived right on time.
Doug took the time to clearly explain the entire process, which really sold us. We had other companies come out for quotes, but none could explain how their process actually worked. Since this is an older home and our first time owning a preowned house, it gave us peace of mind to understand everything upfront.
Brandon even sent us before-and-after photos after the job was done — the results speak for themselves! We’ll definitely be using this team again for future work.

Gabriel and Pedro were fantastic. They were very thorough in cleaning all the vents and returns and dryer ducts in my house. I never I had so much dust or mold in my vents. I am very happy with the work they did it was very thorough no shortcuts.

Air Duct Pros cleaned our duct work and applied the mold remediation treatment in our townhouse today! We have been displaced from our home for 6 months after discovering mold in the walls which resulted in comprehensive interior and exterior renovations. In September we welcomed our first child, and wanted complete peace of mind that we would return to a safe, clean, and healthy home. We finally move back at the end of this week, and I feel so relieved that the drywall dust, debris, and any potential mold in the HVAC system has been treated so my newborn baby can safely come home. Thank you so much for the high quality work, friendly and knowledgeable staff who thoroughly educated me (understandably paranoid about mold now!) on the process, and the flexible scheduling. Mr. Holden is very professional and courteous. He explained the present day condition of our home's air conditioning unit and furnace in clear terms. Holden also explained in detail the method in which, both air conditioning unit and furnace, ought to replaced. He also provided an estimate for equipment and labor.
