John and Roman were great and finished the job of replacing all our ductwork as quickly as possible (3 days!). They even showed up the morning of a tropical storm to work (although a fallen tree prevented their entry to my crawl space that day) The owner gave us a military discount and did the job for thousands less than other companies quoted us and got started right away when other companies wouldn’t start for 2 months due to heat. I was warned by other companies to beware a company that would do the work that cheap and in summer heat. However, waiting 2 months for air was not an option for my family. Now my air works perfectly and after having my crawl space inspected by another company for a separate issue, they confirmed that ductwork looked very well done.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I paid my detuctible he walked outside maybe 3 mins told us everything needed to be replaced I told my warranty okay if he’s all I can use. AFTER everything was discussed with my home warranty company i had 2,000 in uncovered charges I had asked what 2,000.00 in work he was doing and I couldn’t even get a break down. I happily cashed out my claim. Even if he was the best in the city I won’t be treated that way. I Recommend using someone else.

Alex came and provided phenomenal service! He did in less than 2 hours what 2 other companies "claimed" they couldn't do without going to an extreme of taking down a wall at my expense. Thanks to him and Airduct Care my A/C is back up and running. If you want the job done right the first time, call AirDuct Care and Alex will get it done!

The customer service over the phone was outstanding. The technician(older guy with thick Russian accent)that was sent to my house was horrible. He showed up asked me what my issue was. I told him I must have been a leak because everything is in working order except that the ac has blowing hot air. (Using no tools/ equipment) He told me that nobody used this exact type of refrigerant any more so I would need a new unit without even opening or visually inspecting the unit. He stepped back & took a few pictures of the unit. He said he has more calls to handle & this was not his issue so either buy a new unit or stay hot. Needless to say that finished our conversation & he left my property.

Reading the other reviews and seeing how people talk about accents just show what they are into... the company is very responsive, honest, professional and on-time. They are in the best interest of the customer. One of the installer took the time at the end to explain the warranty and my plans to install a furnance in the future.

They were mindful when installing the new HVAC system by avoiding any damages to my property. They were on time, professional and courteous. The technician Alex answered all my questions and made me feel valuable as a customer. They earned my trust, therefore I will let them service all my HVAC needs in the future.

This business is a good reliable team. My initial visitation advised of the issue with my system. There were a few setbacks with the order but not on their part and Irena kept me informed to ensure the install was done on time. Now the install team was on time, courteous, and explained what they were doing. They really did an excellent job. Thanks

People do your research!!! This was absolutely the best company. I arranged for three companies to inspect and provide me with an estimate on repairing my ac unit which was leaking. Two well known companies misdiagnosed it and estimated the repairs to be about $2200 to $3700. I decided to go with this less known company and it was the best decision ever. This company is very professional, punctual, HONEST, and cares about their customers. Highly recommended!

My brand new HAVCs were producing poorly after just 2 mos so the co. who installed them came out to check everything out. They found no mechanical issues and told me it was an issue with the air ducts which they do not take care of. Air Duct Care was sent to me through my home warranty co. At the first visit the man came in, saw that my vents were all in the ceiling and told me I didn't have an air duct issue and left within 3 minutes of entering my home. A few days later the "master" tech from Air Duct Care came out and looked around for an hour then told me it wasn't the air ducts, that the units were overcharged with freon and didn't do anything else nor did he leave me an invoice of his findings yet they sent a bill to my home warranty company and got paid for doing nothing. I asked for him to write down the details because I wouldn't remember them to tell another tech. When yet a third co. came out they were here a couple hours and found there was definitely an issue with the air ducts and the units were not overcharged. I even tried calling Air Duct Care so the "master" tech could explain to the third co. what he saw there was no cooperation from the receptionist and she actually yelled at me. I admit I was yelling back but I'm the customer and I am allowed to be a little irate for paying for services that were not done correctly if at all. Two more techs from the third co. came out the next day to verify their findings and the more experienced tech found a duct in my attic that was bent just enough to restrict the flow. They fixed it and I've had no issues since. WIth my ethics, I could never recommend Air Duct Care to anyone and I will ensure I tell everyone I know to not use this company. M&J Services and Worley's Home Services is the only way to go. You say you didn't perform any work yet my home warranty company paid an invoice to you for over $700.

Our warranty company sent out Alex for our broken AC. He was really nice to work with. He was fast at his work, knowledgeable, clean and explained what was wrong. He was able to get the job done faster than we expected. So happy to have a working AC once again.

I had two HVAC units replaced, a new gas furnace installed and duct work replaced in my attic. The job was started on time and I was updated on the progress daily. The price of their services was extremely fair. The quality of the work was exceptional. I would highly recommend their services to anyone needing replacement or repairs to their heating and air conditioning system.

Great service. Perfectly on time. Excellent equipment. Servicemen are polite, knowledgeable, clean and courteous. They took all of the grills off, washed/cleaned them outside, showed me "live video" of my ducts "before and after". Scary thing, that we were breathing it all for who knows how long!!! The guys are also professionals in HVAC replacements/installations and gave me recommendations about my systems. Will definitely use them in my office building as well. Highly recommend! Five stars! And competitive pricing too!!

We were very pleased with our AC replacement with AirDuct Care Heating & Air Conditioning. This was not an easy job, being located on the 3rd floor in a small attic space. The team worked tirelessly to make sure the install was complete and the system was running efficiently. Alexi is always available for questions with our new “Nest” and the entire staff could not be more helpful and accommodating. I would definitely recommend them!

his professionalism, expertise knowledge at what he does. He was sent to my home for ER assistance and on a Saturday by reference of my home warranty company. He ensured that he’d correct the issue at hand and in a timely manner. He and his work team of knowledgeable staff did just that!!

Alex, appeared very concerned and with a caring demeanor. He provided me with clarifications as to what was needed to get me and my family comfortable as I had been experiencing issues with AC for some time.. He and his team were the ONLY company that ever came in and worked to get my system issues rectified.

Super fast service. The man who came to work on our AC unit was very knowledgeable, he was able to repair our AC unit and give us some maintenance tips to prevent any future issues. He was extremely friendly, and was able to quickly fix the issue without things feeling rushed. I as a lot of questions and like to understand how things work, so his detailed and easy to follow instructions were much appreciated. I highly recommend this company.

I would not recommend this company. Between my home warranty company and this business, one of my AC units has been out for a month. They performed work 2x in late May and early June. Still broken. When I called them back for a recall, the earliest available date was 3 weeks away!! Then, the day of the appt, which was earlier this week, they were a no-show. After such a long wait, really? I called to confirm the date, she said that she would call me back but no response. Signed, Hot and Irritated

Super nice and so polite all around! Have never used them before. The lady who answers the phone was very nice and polite. I called asked for a quote. 9 vents 2 returns. $249.00 they had availability same day in the afternoon. They were able to come even earlier. About 45 minutes sooner! Communication was great! They did not need to come out and inspect and see first before pricing the job. It was an estimate but was spot on because I knew how many vents and returns I had! The two man crew were very nice. They were mindful of our newly renovated kitchen and bathroom and out furniture. Now we did do our part to make room for them to access the vents. They were not messy at all, cleaned up after themselves and left with in about 45-1 hour. I have no complaints and would use them again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! PRICE IS VERY REASONABLE UNLIKE THESE $450-500-800+ quotes we were getting.
The lead technician was honest and knowledgeable I googled what he was telling me. #HONESTBUSINESS!

Airduct Care Heating & AC responded to a home warranty service request. I had ongoing problems with this system and they advised me on how to request a replacement from the warranty company. They were very helpful and communicative through the whole process, and when it came time for installation day they were prompt, efficient, and friendly. They did a great job and my house is back to being cool!

I cannot say enough about this company! I was without AC from 5/29 to 7/1 due to miscommunication with my home warranty company. However, Irene was a God send!! She called, emailed and communicated with both the warranty company and me EVERYDAY!! Her patience and compassion were impeccable! I would not have AC to this day had it not been for her wonderful customer service. As for the HVAC team, they arrived on-time and completed a full AC install in one day! They were efficient, fully staffed and professional. I highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs.

Highly recommend this company. I had them replace my AC unit and completely replace all of my existing ductwork. They came in on time faster then I even thought was possible. The owner personally handled my account and had no issues answering all and any of my questions thoroughly and very professionally. Their crew consists of clean-cut professionals and I had no issue leaving them in my house unattended. They even came in under budget. Honestly the best experience I have ever had in any form and phase of construction that I've needed. I never write reviews for anything but after seeing the work how is performed how professional their crew was the customer service was phenomenal I felt almost obligated. And after that job they are me and now most of my neighborhood we'll only use Airduct Care when you call and talk to the office lady Vickie tell them David sent you.

I am Very Happy. I made a claim through my home warranty service both the home warranty service and Airduct Care stated that someone would be at my home, Airduct Care diagnosed the system and determined i needed a new system inside and outside. I thought it would take weeks but to my surprise the home warranty approved and the Airduct Care was installing my new Lennox system within a week. I love the Techs as they where very kind and professional as they covered my floors and cleaned up. I had to call their Office and let them know that I was very pleased with the service. My ex fiancée works for an 1 hr heating and air company and they where never as professional nor speedy. I would refer this company to All. Thank you so much
