I'm selling my house and needed an immediate repair. I called Bell Mechanical and Tyler came that very day. He was amazing going above and beyond. He was clean, helpful, quick, and super nice. Can't say enough good things about Bell and Tyler!

Reliable and trustworthy

We used Bell Childress for HVAC maintenance, and while their pricing was reasonable, our overall experience was not what we had hoped for. Communication was inconsistent, and they arrived during business hours without prior notice. After our staff asked them to return at a more suitable time, we were later charged for what they considered a “second visit.”

Based on our experience, potential customers may want to clarify scheduling and communication expectations in advance.

Javier Sanchez came to our home this morning to clear out our dryer vents. He did an excellent job with guiding us on what he was doing and showing us the before vs after results. I would highly recommend Lowe’s Air Duct Cleaning if you need to get your dryer vents cleaned out. Thanks to Javier, the customer service experience was 10/10.
