Javier Sanchez was on time-courteous took pictures and explained to me what was going on. He took his time, cleaning out my vents and carefully placing the dryer back where it belongs and re-checking the vent again by going back onto the roof.. very polite and accurate I would be using this company again

I recently had my home's air ducts cleaned through Lowe's, and I couldn't be more impressed! Javier, the technician who handled the job, was an absolutely fantastic. From the moment he arrived, he was professional and courteous—right on time and very friendly and informative.

Javier took the time to walk me through the entire process step by step, explaining what he was doing. His attention to detail was exceptional - he worked efficiently but thoroughly, ensuring every vent and duct was cleaned. I just installed 3 new systems and partially replaced some ducts. I really wanted to ensure the new systems stayed clean during the job - Javier worked around them with amazing results. The price was very reasonable for the level of service—no hidden fees, just honest value.

I was shocked to see the before and after pictures of the ducts and returns and the new filter in the vacuum when Javier started was packed when the job was complete - truly shocking how much dirt and debris he got out of the ducts! Our HVAC systems feels fresh and clean - definitely worth having the job done! If you're on the fence about air duct cleaning, don't hesitate to go with Lowe's and specifically request Javier if possible. Top-notch experience all around and highly recommend!

I'm not sure of their services, but today, Monday, April 14th.. the driver of " the company vehicle" number 14 speed up twice while we were merging over to the right with the signal on. We were already ahead and the driver literally drove beside us causing us to drive on the median. Now.. if we weren't already in front with clear visible distance.. I could've decelerated.. which means.. the driver was purposely trying to cause an accident. Hopefully this message helps employees "do things right"

I didn’t feel like they were upselling me once, and every question I had was thoroughly explained and was shown pictures to help walk me through the problem. 10/10 Would recommend this company to anyone.
