My wife, kids and I just got back from a long trip away to a broken AC unit not responding. We contacted Keystone late Sunday afternoon and they had it fixed by 9am the next morning. The team was very professional, friendly and the service was very high quality. I would highly recommend!

I had 25 year old furnas/heat pump in my house that was very inefficient and so loud. Frans at keystone quoted me on a whole new high efficiency system at a very competitive price now i can’t even hear when the heat pump goes on. I could not be happier!

The tech did a great job on one of the hottest days of this year. It was Sunday but he came right away as an on-call tech. He quickly diagnosed why my A/C units fan wasn't turning and it was acutally much cheaper than I thought it would be to fix.

Steve and his men are excellent! We have now had two Trane heat pumps over about 20 years from this company, having just received the new one recently. We had trouble with the old humidifier on several occasions. But Steve was there to provide support and advice. He, with the new heat pump, went with a different kind of humidifier, which has caused no problems thus far and much more efficient. The company's knowledge and expertise about the Trane equipment is beyond belief. They have always been conscious of cleanliness and orderliness during their visits to care for our Trane heat pump. They will not walk on the carpet without placing cloths down and wearing protection over their shoes. This was much appreciated. After the installation of the new heat pump, the new thermostat did not work properly. (All that was needed was a rebooting of the thermostat) causing the auxiliary heat to run constantly. This went on for a month, thus the electric bill was sky high. Upon notifying Steve of the situation, he immediately came to investigate. Later we received a refund from him for our electric bill. This was very unexpected, but vouches for his honesty in dealing with customers. There is no pressure to constantly spend with this company. One is provided the facts and recommendations, but never pressured to buy. My wife and I feel not only like valued customers who are truly cared for by this company, but a member of the 'family.' Thank you, Steve!! But we will miss Corey.

I just had Applied Mechanical Resources install my heat pump and air handler and I couldn't be happier. They're customer service was top notch. Even staying late to finish installation during one of the hottest days of the year. I also loved that they were a locally owned family business and would highly recommend them.

We were having issues with heat flow through the upstairs master bedroom. The technician was very knowledgeable, respectful, and professional. We will be using this company again in the future.

I highly recommend ABR Mechanical Services. They were very reliable and professional. We are very pleased with the cost and installation of our unit. The staff was always willing and available to answer any questions I may have had. We will use this company again.

If you check my reviews - I rarely rave. That is because when I do - I want it to stand out. To that end - I will say that while I was initially tentative about the business (they are newer than most, and therefore it is hard to gauge history) - they now have a customer for as long as they want them.

Was quoted $2800 to fix my unit. It was a pretty top-of-the-line unit and literally - the leak quoted was the first maintenance in almost 10 years (aside from a board replacement in the first 90 days). The unit is a tank - and I figured I should have 5-10 years out of my 20 SEER unit.

In truth - the repair had been strongly discourage, and replacing the entire air-handler was recommended ($6500)... and really, the only quote they really pushed was an $18000 replacement unit. This after one technician spent two hours checking it out (he even failed to reassemble everything and put on the caps). The owner never bothered to come out - and on top of that - as soon as they looked at my 15 year old boiler - well it HAD to be replaced to (wouldn't even clean it, although they insisted on being paid for that). With that replacement - they were looking to get me for about $26K.

ABR came out and spent most of the day there. I got the expert on my unit - and somebody learning about the unit. They spent half a day and tested everything. In the end - the replaced a burned-out capacitor (the other company failed to diagnose) and the leaking Schrader Valve that caused the leak. With gas and everything - it was well under $1000, and after watching how EXACTING the guys were in testing...I felt like it was a steal (really - I actually double-checked the price twice, I felt like I was getting one over on THEM).

Three days later the heat was good (the day of the repair - it was cold). They came back out (no charge) and tested both the pressure and the levels on the cooling side. Made a few more adjustments - no charge.

When I showed them my oil boiler - they immediately were quite interested in getting it cleaned and one or two parts replaced (also under $1000 - and that includes draining the system) and even talked to me about converting it to natural gas.

The time taken to understand the history of my systems... the professionalism and exacting attention to detail (as an engineer - I can appreciate immensely)... and the amazingly warm conversations... I mean - after 30 minutes I felt like we were old friends, and believe me - from now on - my business is theirs as long as they want it.

Truly fabulous - and one of the best service referrals or even services I have ever dealt with (I have been in this house over 25 years, and it isn't my first). I only wish they did electrical and plumbing so I could have this quality of service across the board.

If you call - I can't imagine a situation in which you would not be pleased.
