Fantastic service. Called on a chilly Sunday morning with no heat. Tech arrived within 30 minute. Diagnosed and repair within another 30 minutes. I highly recommend Shane's Services.

I just had my old outdated ductwork in my house replaced by Shane's Services. They were on time, and provided enough man power to remove all the old ductwork, relocate an existing return vent, and install all the new hard ductwork, flex piping, and new vents in 1 day. The new vents were cut into my ceiling perfectly and look great. Thank you Shane Services for a quality job.

From the phone call to them coming out to our house the customer service was top notch! I could not have picked a better company to help us with upgrades to our home. Rob and his crew have done a fantastic job. We are so pleased with the install of our flooring, repairs to our duct work, and replacement of our front porch railing. These guys did a superior job from day one. Had three other companies quote the installation of a new system and repairs to current duct system, but Shane was there twice as long as the others to make sure everything was quoted and all questions answered. Price was less on same system and labor was much cheaper. Removed old system, repaired duct work, replaced a line conduit, and installed complete new system in less than a day. His guys were respectful and cleaned up all the mess to the point that I didn’t need to do anything afterwards, except connect to thermostat with my phone. He was going to do it for me, but I had to leave before they finished. Received my system registration that night in my email. Mainly, the estimate I received initially did not change one cent to the final invoice. No hidden fees, no additional costs, and no BS.

These guys don’t need commercials or a sales rep to go around trying to wheel and deal a new system to people because once you get them over to estimate your service, they sell themselves. Shane’s will be doing all my HVAC from now on, period.

My air conditioner went out yesterday morning and I had a HVAC company coming out at 9:30 in the morning and by 10:30 they told me I needed a new air conditioning unit. So the salesman came out about an hour later and I signed up to get a new air conditioning unit that was supposed to be installed this morning then I had Shane's HVAC company come out at 3:30 and they had it fixed by 4:30. They saved me $8,500. Shane hvac charged me $289 to fix my unit.

THANK GOD FOR SHANE'S SERVICES!!! Our AC went out sometime on Tuesday when we were not home. We contacted our Home warranty company and the next morning, we received a text from the HVAC company with an appointment for a week later! That was unacceptable! I called Shane's Service's and they came to the rescue THE SAME DAY I called them! My AC was fixed, the work area was clean and the knowledge and professionalism were top notch! We had a complete HVAC system and ductwork installed and the folks at Shane’s services took really good care of us. They were all very knowledgeable and courteous. Our install was professionally done and they did a great job of cleaning up when the job was finished. Nice doing business with people you can count on.

I can’t say enough good things about Shane’s Services! I have been using them for my HVAC repairs for several years. I have worked with several different techs and they are all timely, polite, and professional. They are a trustworthy business and they fix the problem without doing unnecessary repairs. These are high quality, good people.

Shane services have always been fair and professional with us. We had a furnace put in 6 years ago, and they were fast and professional. I had a service call, and again, they were fast and professional. I can't recommend them enough and an actual person not a call center took the call, both times I called I reached the same person (This gives me tremendous relief because all these big companies want to take your money but should you need something you get stuck in an endless call center loop). Great service with friendly techs.

I don't go around giving out 5 Star reviews to just any company, but then again Shane's Services isn't your standard HVAC company. My system failed Saturday morning and I decided to call Monday hoping they'd get someone out this week. I called at 8:05 am and by 9:10am service techs were at my home ready to get my heat working. These techs (Cedric and his assistant) were polite, informative, extremely compassionate and beyond efficient. I live alone and often get scared to call repair services worried I will be taken advantage of or looked at like I can't take care of my home. The guys at Shane's put me at ease, discussed charges with me and never once pressured me into an unnecessary upgrade or asked me to buy something without explaining what it was, why I needed it excetera. 10/10 will use again, they were gone fast and with my system up & running. Wish more companies operated this way.

I can't say enough good things about Shane's Services! They were able to get someone out to give me a second opinion for my HVAC and ended up being able to fix it for $2500 LESS than the original quote I got. I won't use anyone else from now on! They were very professional and friendly and kept me up to date on every step of the process!!! SO glad I called them!!!

Best service and company I’ve come across in Hampton roads. Very honest, professional and the lowest prices I’ve found. I was told and quoted a ridiculous amount of money by a well known company that I had to have my whole HVAC unit replaced and all ductwork and crawl space replaced in order to have the heat & AC working so my family was going without because we couldn’t possibly find that sort of money right now. yet this company came out and told me the truth about what was wrong and had the system and the one break in the ductwork fixed within an hour, and all for about $300. I was crying with joy!

Absolutely the best experience with a local company. We needed a new HVAC unit and several suggested to call Shane's. I did and Shane came the next day, gave us a few suggestions and sent proposals. Also discovered an issue with the air handler and fixed it while he was here. We decided on a new HVAC unit and the entire crew showed up to install it. The entire team was polite, professional, and Shane supervised the entire installation. I believe in local, small business, I have one myself. I promise you, it will be the best choice you can make for your home !
