Excellent job at a reasonable price. We needed our outdoor AC unit moved to a different spot around the house. They came highly recommended by a friend who uses them for HVAC for an apartment complex. The techs were skilled and knowledgeable. Did the job quickly and cleanly. Very pleased with the results.

The folks at Shane's Services are the most capable, courteous, customer service oriented professionals I've ever worked with! When my old heat pump died a couple of years ago, I bought a new one from another company. It never worked properly from the beginning. After numerous service calls with them and two other well known companies, I was told there was either nothing wrong with the unit, or it was the wrong size for my house. (Neither of those answers sat well with me.) A friend recommended Shane's Services, so I decided to give them a try. It turned out to be one of the best decisions I've ever made. Shane and Cedric spent many hours over several days troubleshooting a unit I didn't even buy from them! They persevered until they found and replaced three defective parts that were most likely bad when I bought the unit. It works perfectly now and I couldn't be happier! To say I highly recommend Shane's Services is an understatement. Their incredible work ethic and dedication to customer satisfaction (rarities these days) are second to none. I even purchased a new unit from them for a house I'm renovating, and will continue to call on them for all my future HVAC needs!

Shane and his entire team are Excellent! Just installed a entire new HVAC Daikin Fit System and all New Ductwork to replace our 35 year old system. They did a fantastic job at a fair price, did not try to sell us anything we did not need. Just amazing straight forward service!!

Shane's Services is a wonderful HVAC company! Our AC system had reached the end of its life after 18 years, and we knew it was time to replace it. Initially, we had called a well-known national-chain company which advertises a lot on TV and local stations. They charged $110 to come out and look at the system, only to tell us the system was DIW. They sent out the "numbers guy" to try and close the deal that afternoon. I had one amount in mind, and he had a completely different number in his. I told him we were going to get a couple of other estimates and then make our decision. We had Shane of Shane's Services (a local, small family owned business) come out, look at our system, and give us a quote. No charge for the visit, and much closer to my ballpark amount than the other company's. The work he and his team did was phenomenal, and he was constantly keeping in touch with us when he wasn't here. I will recommend him every time!

Had purchased a mini split system for my garage. The technicians showed up when they said they would and did a great job installing it from start to finish and even took the time to train us on how to use it. Highly recommend Shane's for all HVAC work and installation.

Shane has replaced both units in our home and installed mini-split units in our addition. We wouldn't consider using anyone else and wholeheartedly recommend him to everyone. Shane and his team just completed a massive AC upgrade to my 1960's ranch, and the experience was outstanding. Shane was onsite every day (job took 5 days) and his team was very conscientious about demo activities and traffic throughout my house. Attention to detail was clearly one of the many attributes of this company and the team assembled at my house. Shane has my highest recommendation for anyone looking for service or an upgrade / new installation. Absolute ROCKSTAR company. Honest, transparent, and dedicated to customer service and satisfaction.

Our A/C unit on the 2nd floor was blowing hot air. I called after 5:30 & left a message. Less than 5 minutes later, someone returned my call. He said he could send someone out that evening or someone could come by in the morning. I said the next morning would be fine. I was the first appointment. Cedrick came by before 8:45. In less than an hour, he determined there was a bad contact which he corrected. It’s cooling now. This isn’t the first time we’ve had Shane’s come out for other issues. Always satisfied with their work.

Three weeks ago, our HVAC system started malfunctioning. The temperature in the house hovered around 80°, and the system would freeze up, forcing us to turn on the fan to defrost it. We have a 3 month old baby and having the house so uncomfortable is dangerous. Also as someone who always tends to feel hot, moving from one room to another while sweating was incredibly frustrating. We had two different companies come out to address the HVAC issue. Each company spent about 10-15 minutes here and then left. They both provided different assessments, but ultimately, the HVAC was still not repaired. Our friends from church strongly recommended Shane's services. Cedric spent over two hours here. He discovered that the coils were clogged with dust underneath, so he cleaned everything thoroughly and then performed a tune-up on the entire system. Our hvac now is working better than ever! I can go back to cuddling with my baby again and not sweat 🥰

I was dealing with a trash 🚮 contractor AHS sent to service my old HVAC that went out and a friend referred me to Shane’s. They replaced my system - their guys are very professional and knowledgeable. Customer service and responsiveness is on point. What I’m really impressed by is how Shane’s proactively contacts me at the start of winter and spring to stop by and service my HVAC to prepare for the season. 10/10 ✅

"I recently had an excellent experience with Shane’s Services Inc. My AC stopped working and I was a member of one of those Home Warranty plans, (don’t recommend) on a sweltering June day, after weeks of the “run around” with the plan I fired the plan, reached out to Shane’s Services, they were able to fit me in, diagnosis and provide an excellent service in getting me up and running in no time, actually I replaced my entire AC/ and Heater system. The service performed was outlined and explained in detail, technicians were very professional and friendly and even did an extensive clean up when finished. I will tell you in the times we live in today, as a homeowner you worry who will show up, when will they show up, was it just a sales pitch, etc. Please believe me this wasn’t the case with Shane’s crew, I would highly recommend, no hidden fees, didn’t try to sell me equipment that wasn’t required, I just felt completely comfortable from start to finish. If your system is worrying you, give Shane’s team a call, I believe you will be as satisfied as I am. Shane’s Services installed a new dual heating and air-conditioning system, all new ductwork, a new return and an extra vent. When going over the estimate, Shane took the time to answer all of my questions and was very knowledgeable, thorough and professional. The best thing was he came in at a fair price much more reasonable than the two other larger HVAC companies I had contacted. Shane and his crew showed up on time and did an impeccable job. They even took photos of the new ductwork in the attic. They cleaned up spic and span. My husband and I are so happy with our new HVAC system and ductwork. It’s quiet and energy efficient.
