Outstanding company to work with. We’re with them for over 20 years now. Friendly, professional, on time quality service. Brooklynn provides fast and friendly scheduling and support. All of their pros have taken care of our ac, gas furnace and heat pumps. Great prices and great value for the service. Most recently we had a new downstairs HVAC install. The team did a great job and our go-to tech thoroughly inspected the install and ensured it was operating properly. We trust them with seasonal service and all repairs. I highly recommend them!

AC went out during the night. Mr. Comfort worked us in the next day. The technician quickly diagnosed the issue and effected a repair. Wonderful customer service from the person taking my call to the repair. Quick and easy payment on-line.
Only recommendation would be to use shoe covers.

I highly recommend Mr. Comfort. I have needed them to fix our AC in the summer and most recently our heat went out in the coldest week of the winter so far. They had a tech at my house the same day I called. They got the heat working but it stopped again within a few hours. They came back out first thing the next morning and realized they had overlooked some other needed repairs to our system so they charged us nothing for the second house call and provided a $200 part at no cost and got it running great again. I appreciate their promptness, honesty, and professionalism. Great company to use.

Our AC unit stopped working yesterday, so I googled HVAC companies near us. I scrolled past a few names and stopped at
Mr. Comfort Heating & Cooling. After reading their reviews, I called to check on getting an appointment. Brooklyn answered and in a very pleasant and professional manner collected our information and set an appointment for the next afternoon.

We were happily surprised to receive a text the next morning that Chris was on his way. He arrived and thoroughly inspected our HVAC system and diagnosed the problem. Chris quoted a reasonable price and made the repair.

Incredible HONEST service. I had RS Andrews come out to fix my ac and they told me it was on its last left and had a guy out the next day trying to sell me a $17000 new unit. Called Mr.Comfort for a second opinion and they pointed out it was only a simple $200 rewiring issue. Chris was my technician who came out and was nothing but honest and transparent and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need.

Jeron was professional, competent, personable and provided a lot of information about how to keep our heat pump system operating optimally.
