After waiting for AHS to send a company out the tech came to my house and fixed my unit. Great customer service and info about my unit i definitely would recommend this company!!

Great company my two units went down yesterday morning called Impact Mechanical they came out that evening got both units running. I will recommend Impact to anybody who has hvac problems.

Rob came out to my house and did a great job fixing my ac unit. Home warranty takes a while for anybody to come and even get parts for you but Rob had the parts!! Thanx Rob I definitely recommend this company!!!

I have HSA/AHS home warranty (one company brought out the other). My a.c. unit broke and they sent out this "company". Rob came out June 10, 2019 (unit broke on June 6th) checked it and said it needed parts to be fixed. That was 3 weeks ago and my a.c.is still broken. Where are these parts coming from that it takes 2 weeks? They never answer their phone. Erica is nice when she does answer but I need my a.c.fixed now. Do not use this company unless you like living in a sauna for weeks! I don't recommend American Home Shield warranty either but I'm stuck with them until May 2020. Wish I could give them no stars!

I am putting a 1 star hoping that they will see this and finally return a phone call. My AC Has been broken for over a month. They came out May 21 and then again when it wasn’t fixed (after missing their appointment one other time) and said they needed to order parts. That was 2 weeks ago. I have called to get an update multiple times and no one has answered or returned my voicemails. I just want an update.

Update: this comes a week after the above comment. The saga continues. I went to Impact Mechanical's location because they clearly don't know about phones and THEY DON'T EXIST. Yep folks. 404 Investors Pl Suite 106 is a tax advising company. I asked them and all their neighbors if they knew of Impact or which suite they'd be in and it was a UNANIMOUS "never heard of them". So if you or someone you know is working with them or considering working with them, then they better "brace themselves for impact" because they will be receiving work from a fraudulent company.

Worse than Charter for both timeliness and customer service! Do NOT use! You get what you pay for - they may be cheap, but you're getting shoddy service, and worse, shoddy workmanship.

Both our A/C’s broke about a month ago and Impact came out, fixed one and said the other system was good (even though it was sporadically working). Fast forward to this week, and the other unit, the one Impact said was fine, is now fully broken. We had the last appointment on a Friday to get it fixed before the weekend hit. We know it’s highly likely they’ll be late and we fully expected a call, but none came. They never reached out, we waited a full hour after our window and they never had the decency of telling us they’re not coming. There goes our Friday afternoon and our entire weekend without A/C. Thank God it’s not August and an actual emergency.

Side note: Don’t get a First American Home Warranty. They’re a racket.

Update: Nearly three weeks later and they never called to tell us they were replacing our electric A/C unit with a gas one and now our warranty doesn’t cover the modifications so we have to pay $1000. Nope! They’re padding the bill to make up for all the money they’ve lost on this job.

Update2: After calling and calling and calling, and having our home warranty call and call and call, they were removed from our service ticket for the second unit and another company has been brought in. They flatly refused to return a voicemail or pick up the phone. OH! And worse, the first unit they fixed already has condensation on the side paneling which is an indication of a bad installation job. This is not how you treat people, let alone a customer you want to come back for annual maintenance!

Update3: FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They could have blown up my house! The first unit they installed was not installed to code and a permit from the city was NOT pulled. They installed a gas package and did not apply for a proper city inspection permit. When installing anything with a gas line it must be properly inspected or it could blow up your house. THEY NEVER DID THAT!

Next door neighbor’s business who we swear by is now operated by his son. Couldn’t ask for a better HVAC contractor who is not only professional but flexible and understanding.

Very professional and detail-oriented. Customer service is above and beyond to cater such questions in a polite manner.

They came in on time and immediately prepared all the tools, machines, and their gear. The techs even wore something to cover their shoes, gloves, mask and more just to be safe and keep the home safe as well or at least prevent more clutter or mess.

Final outcome, clean ducts, home is secure without any additional mess because they cleaned after themselves, parts that need replacement were fixed. Satisfaction guaranteed indeed.

The day before the snow storm of 17 FEB 2015, I contacted Synergy Air for a service call. The diagnosis was that after 26 years of operation, my heat pump had failed and required replacement. So, at 4:15 PM, with snow falling and numerous accidents on the roadways, Kevin headed out to pick up a replacement unit for install the following day. He even had to convince the dealer to stay open longer due to the traffic delays. The following day, while most of the Virginia Beach residents listened to authorities and remained off of the icy roads, Kevin arrived and started my install. I had heat back within several hours, which proved to be even more of a blessing later in the week with temperatures in the single digits! I totally appreciate the quick response to my service call and the urgent treatment of my problem. I felt totally blessed to have someone who understood my problem and made it a priority. Thanks so much.
