I highly recommend patronizing this place of business. I recently got two area rugs serviced for the first time at this location where I was assisted by Becky and Amy. These women were prime examples of what great customer service is and should be across the board. First impressions are important and they definitely left a lasting impression.Their phone convo and front desk skills were nothing short of amazing. The same level of care over the phone and in person matched perfectly. It was so genuine. I will certainly be back and will proudly tell a friend of a friend of a friend to visit for all of their carpet and rug needs. Kudos to Becky and Amy. My insurance company recommended Peerless (Williamsburg) to us when we had some water damage in our house. Company was prompt, professional, and responsive to our needs and schedule during the entire process. I would like to personally thank Kendra, Sandra and Adam for their attention to detail, personal approach and quality work. We were never in the dark about what was being done and were consulted every step of the way during both mitigation and restoration. Thank you for a job well done! I would recommend Peerless in Williamsburg to anyone requiring this type of service in their home.

After being away for a few days, I came home to my AC Vent leaking AGAIN!!! This time it got on my carpet... which happens at least once a year here. After Maintenance “fixed” the leak on a Sunday morning came this gentleman by the name of Theo who removed the padding,
treated the area and left his fan for it dry. 2 days later he came and replaced the padding. He was very professional, kind and helpful when he helped me move everything. Great work Theo! I really appreciate it! I hope you guys show this to him! I would definitely recommend this company and I look forward to doing business with you guys in the future... under different circumstance lol Request Theo if you can!!!

Anthony came by today to clean my carpet and he did a very good job. Will be calling them again in 6 months for Anthony to come back and do my carpet again. He was a very friendly person to talk too. Thank you

Peerless came out and did my carpets yesterday and they look almost brand new! Keep in mind these carpets are several years old and stained heavily and they looked so clean and fresh once Houston was done with them. I highly recommend this place! Everyone is so friendly and helpful at Peerless.

Every time Peerless has done work for me they've done a fantastic job. I've used them to clean several apartments upon my move-out as well as some furniture. Once, my dog was poisoned and through the situation got blood and other bodily fluids all over my cream colored couch, and Shaun was able to clean it better than it looked before. They're by far the best in the area.

We love Peerless!! The guy was sooooo hot!! They are professional. Hardworking and they make dog urine soaked carpets look and Smell extremely clean!!! We decided to hire them once a month since we just got a dog. Also they offer military discount so of course they will forever have my business

Our condo sustained water damage from a fire after it was under contract to be sold. Peerless was outstanding to work with, they started needed demolition and repairs early and were very responsive to our calls and emails. They were honest about timelines for repairs and always met them. We owe them so much and were so glad they were involved in what was a very tough situation.

Man, I tell you what…I’ve never had a second restoration company to compare peerless to. Until recently I had to deal with First Atlantic. Night and Day difference in service and quality. First Atlantic's service was so much more than peerless could ever be. From people skills, to work etiquette. It's a no brainer. Call First Atlantic.

Peerless was recommended to me last week by my property manager to get out some difficult pet stains, clean, and deodorize my rental. I called the office and received an rough estimate based on my description as well as a time window for my appointment. The lady I spoke to was friendly and accommodating. The technician was prompt and charged me what I expected. I was really concerned about getting the stains and odor out of one area of the carpet. I really did not want to have to pay to replace it and I was afraid I would have to. I am pleased to report that the area I was worried about looks great. The place smells great too. I bet you could not even tell that a big dog ever lived here. Give them a call.

Our insurance company hired Peerless after a water leak and six months later and they are still moving slower to pretend to work. Quality of work is poor, they never are on time or give you a schedule more than a day out. They have broken an heirloom piece of furniture and could careless and over all Al is just rude and terrible to work with. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone for any job no matter what the size.

Can not say enough good things about this company. I’m a remodeling contractor who called when a previous customer had a water leak while out of town. Only company that could respond within 12 hours. Crew was professional and did a great job working Saturday and Sunday supervisor came out on Monday to check on job.

Peerless has been incredible. They are always accommodating and pleasant. We had an extensive leak and this company was unbelievably responsive. The whole team of Howard Moffitt, Chris Peterson, Chris the demo guy, Lance the move out move in guy, and others, went above and beyond to help put our house back together. This company is AWESOME! The staff is wonderful and customer service was AWESOME and that's a HUGE PLUS for me. Great customer service makes up for any bad experience one can have though I didn't have one. Ms. Becky and Ms. Amy took care of me and everyone else that I talked but those two had the most pleasant attitudes. Truly a blessing to me during this move. Paid ahead of time and didn't have to be present for the cleaning. The pricing was just RIDICULOUS! The best out of everywhere I checked plus a discount for where I lived. I'm keeping them #1 when I need another cleaning at the new place.

Peerless was recommended by our insurance company and what a blessing that turned out to be. We had a horrific condominium fire that took out 9 units and damaged 6 others. From the beginning, Al has taken the lead in restoring and repairing the damaged units, fixing roofs, demolition, and cleanup of the area. He even took the time to help a homeowner find precious heirlooms in the debris after the building was demolished. I would highly recommend Peerless and especially Al for any job, no matter what the size. Friendly….never rude, on time and keeps us constantly updated….I’m very impressed.
Every task he and Peerless have tackled for us has been done professionally and with care….they truly realize that “this is my home”….

Was referred to contact the company by a family member because of the exceptional quality of the work provided. Was not disappointed. The service needed was cleaning out a dryer vent on a first floor apartment unit. The customer service was top notch and the technician was dispatched out in less than 24 hours. The technician did a fantastic job in the cleanout and was extremely quick in the process and still very thorough. Definitely will use them in the future before I call anyone else!

Last year we had a house fire. Lightning stuck our second floor and we had extensive fire and water damage. Peerless assisted us every step of the way. They handled boxing up all of our salvageable home goods, which they cleaned off site and stored until we were ready to move back in. They also took care of all the demo work and rebuild from start to finish. It was great to have one company take care of the entire project. We were assigned a project manager, Bill, who was great. He was always responsive and professional. In addition to Bill, I also want to thank Mike, Eric, Lance and their teams for fantastic work. Everyone at Peerless was friendly and easy to work with. We are very appreciative for the job they did and to be back in our "new" house. I'd definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Waste of money !! DONT TAKE AMY SERVICE. Carpet left UNCHANGED!!! Left in literally 20mins, felt like we do better vacuum then them!!!

Twice ive seen them emptying dirty water into public storm drains for apartment buildings. carpet cleaning companies should not empty water into public storm drains, gutters, or onto the street, as this is illegal and harmful to the environment. Not that they care obviously.
