Matthew was awesome. Of course my washer starting working again but he was nice and we even joked. I would highly recommend them to anyone and hopefully I won't need them anytime soon but if I do I know who to call.

Matthew was very pleasant and helpful. sad to say I am going to need a new washing machine. My old one lasted 17 years so I guess I got my moneys worth. thank you again for your prompt and speedy service

I thoroughly enjoyed my appliance repair experience with Mathew from Best Day Appliance. He listened to me describing the malfunction, and was able to quickly reproduce the malfunction and troubleshoot it down to the problem part. A rare talent these days.
The malfunctioning part was ordered and received within a week. I was contacted when the part arrived and arrangements were made to install. Best Day Appliance does an outstanding job at keeping me informed of any change in job status. I was kept aware of the billing amount and process at all times.
Mathew, the technician, was well groomed, polite and respectful at all times. He was able to explain to me his troubleshooting process. He also took care to treat the surrounding work area with care and consideration. There were no floor scuffs or mess left behind. Mathew gets a 10/10 for maintenance ability and professionalism.
I will absolutely call Best Day Appliance again for any appliance issue.

Our dishwasher decided to stop working right in the middle of the holiday season with numerous celebrations on the calendar at our home. Best Day was able to set up a repair visit very quickly to accommodate alleviating or emergent issue, came with the right parts to fix the problem, diagnosed, and repaired the issue on the first visit, quickly, and professionally. Matthew was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I got his card and will most definitely call them again if I have any issues with my appliances. Great service. Best Day Appliance came out to fix my washing machine today. The technician was on time, knowledgeable, and had great communication. The technician knew what was wrong really quick and had the part on the truck. Had the washing machine fixed quick. I will use them again.

SO nice to have a tech like Nicole who takes the time to answer any questions & help me understand the workings of my generator!

They were in and out...they knew what they were doing...and the bill was less than I thought. I had then do rewiring for a remodeling we did, and another time for a 220 line I needed installed.

Everything was done correctly within a very reasonable time period at a reasonable price.
