My washer is under warranty, so this is the company they set me up with. He ran diagnostics on my machine and couldn't find anything wrong. I thought they would pull my washer away from the wall and really inspect my machine. Very dissatisfied.

Great communication on the issue with the dryer and timeliness with coming out for service. I would use Best Day Appliance again. The service was covered under the manufacturer warranty on the dryer.

The company has a cancellation policy of requiring a customer to cancel within 24 hours or a late charge of $95 will be required. The company will send you a reminder text of the appointment in less than 24 hours.
When I discussed this with Mathew, here, interrupted me many times and was quick to state that this was industry standard. I pointed out that he could set his reminder to the customers greater than 24 hours, However, he was not inclined to do so, and continued to interrupt me. Based on other reviews, I’m sure his company provides service. However I was disappointed with the conversation that I had. I understand the policy. I take responsibility for that. I’m fine with the fee. I was just disappointed that I couldn’t have an adult conversation with. . I was just disappointed that I couldn’t have an adult conversation with them. His company would benefit from having a greater than 24 hour notice so that when they do have a cancellation, they could provide service the next day when an appointment opens up.

Matthew was great. He showed up on time. He quickly identified the issue with my warming drawer and fixed it quickly. He was very clean and polite. We will use Best Day Appliance for any other appliance repair needs we have in the future.

We have a 3-year warranty and the process was smooth, painless, and best of all, no cost for the labor or parts (all under warranty). Excellent communication and professionalism in dealing with this company, extra kudos to Matthew who is wonderful! Recommend!! The only downside: now I’ve got a bunch of laundry to catch up on!
