The best in the business!

This is the second appliance that David has fixed for us. He came in diagnosed the issue, had the part on the truck, told me how much and fixed it same day. He is extremely knowledgeable about appliances. Always on time and very professional. I will say that paying for all his goodness does not come cheap. I highly highly recommend using Briggs Appliances.

Matthew did a great job repairing my dryer and explaining what it needed. I love the software he uses to verify the appointment and you can track his progress until he arrives for your service. A very knowledgeable and professional young man that will go far with his business. I highly recommend him.

Like another reviewer I’m sad to leave this one star review. Matt was very nice and helpful however both appliances (refrigerator and dishwasher) broke again with the same issue after the repair. The refrigerator broke 2 days after and when I called the message stated that office was closed for the next 4 business days. I put this issue into ChatGPT and was able to fix it. The dishwasher repair has now broken and when calling the business is closed for more than 14 business days. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this business, and will have to go to another repair service and pay for this repair a second time. It seems that this business used to be good but is having some issues now.

I had previously gave them 4 stars but have to come back and edit it. Let me begin by saying that Matthew & his wife are super nice. This is nothing to do with how nice they are.

Get ready, this is a long one. We called Best Day Appliance out to fix a broken seal in our washer. They came out quickly and quoted a price of around 600.00.
We thought that was high but we needed our washer so we agreed. The part came in quickly and Matthew was back out to fix it in a couple days. My husband & I had researched and knew the door had to be removed to fix the seal. Matthew did not take the door off. He jammed the large seal in there and said it was fixed. It did not even look correct. I questioned it and he told me that he had been doing this for years & learned "shortcuts". So he left. Within a couple hours we seen it was leaking and called him back. Oops... he put it on backwards. So he again pretty much did the same thing (without removing the door) and said it was fixed. Fast forward about 5 -6 weeks later the washer has leaked AGAIN and just damaged our ceilings & floor downstairs, not even a week after we just had it fixed from the initial leak. We examined the washer to find that there was a screw and some parts down in behind the seal and the seal had came loose and leaked causing a lot of damage to our home. My husband reached out to Best Day and they came out again. Matthew stated yes it had came loose and he had never had that to happen before. He worked on it for about 45 mins (this time taking the door off) told my husband he had ran a full cycle and it wasn't leaking and left. I came in down a load of laundry and found he had only ran a rinse cycle. When I removed the laundry a large piece of the seal fell out on the floor. I examined it and found the seal was badly cut. I immediately stopped using the washer to avoid anymore leaks. Now I'm without a washer with a toddler in my home. I requested a full refund and money to replace our pan because he broke the pan and didn't even bother to tell us. They quickly responded that they would MAIL us a check for the refund.

Meanwhile how am I suppose to provide clean clothes for my family?

Again, they are super nice and I hate to have to leave this review but please don't hire them to replace the seal on your washer!!!!!!!

His other work may be okay. I don't know. I haven't & won't be experiencing anything else. His customer service is good but his work quality on this call was HORRIBLE.

I apologize for having to leave this review & hope he gets the proper training to fix these things correctly and slows down & does it correctly. Cutting corners & learning tricks to go faster isn't always the best way to do business.

I had to leave a star but honestly dur o our experience it deserves a few negative stars.

The service technician was great and this company seems to be running very efficiently. Text message updates. They arrived when they said they would. The person who came to fix my dryer was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick with the repair. Would definitely use them again.

The technician was very friendly and professional. On time and he cleaned up before he left. I would truly recommend him.

Microwave drawer was not working. The technician replaced the fuse and tested the unit. Work was done efficiently and in the promised timeframe.

Highly recommended! This is the second time I have had Matthew in our home. We have 20+ year old appliances and let’s be honest, they don’t make em like they used too so I want to keep these until we renovate. He’s very professional and friendly. This is the second time using best day appliance. The first time it was through a warranty for our washer and I won’t lie, I was a little apprehensive as I tend to think warranties don’t want to pay for good service. I was SO wrong in this case!!
Both times Mathew was our tech and we appreciate how kind, respectful (we are a no shoe house and Matthew was so considerate of this!), knowledgeable and thorough he is. The office is so responsive and sweet as well! We will continue to come back for any of our repairs!

The service man was good ,but my mom and I felt that the Maytag washer that is only 3 years old , in which he said we need to purchase a new washer. We are both widows. That washer cost a lot of money with a 10 year warranty. Disappointing ending.
