Mulk just left my house after fixing the ice maker. He was pleasant and professional and diagnosed problem of frozen water line and fixed it for the agreed price in about 30 mins. I will definitely use this company again the next time I have an appliance problem.

The compressor on our refrigerator went out and they responded within an hour and was able to replace the compressor. Could not be more happy with the work that was done, the quality of service and the impeccable timing.

Our refrigerator stopped working. We reached out one evening (after hours) and still got a response. Diagnosed issue and provided approximate cost. The repair person helped me submit a request for parts to be covered by warranty. Unfortunately, the parts were no longer covered. We decided to repair it. The repair person came at the expected time window, did the repair and now it’s working. Honest work with upfront, honest pricing.

Technician Mulk did a real good job. He was kind and pleasant and very knowledgeable on what he does. He fixed both washer and dryer in no time. I recommend this company

Amazing service! Very fast, courteous, and professional. I called Thursday for my dishwasher. He was fully booked but came early Friday morning, on time despite our snow and ice storm! Ran a diagnostic test and quickly diagnosed the problem. Didn’t try to sell me a bunch of stuff—recommended calling the company to find out about potential extended warranty so I could avoid paying an arm and a leg, if needed! We very much appreciate his help, are confident of his reliability, and would happily recommend him and call him again!
