Our Samsung fridge died yesterday and based upon the reviews for this company I gave them a call. The 5 star rating is accurate and I’d give them more if I could. Mr. Younas was able to provide same day service and arrived about 2 hours after my call. Mr Younas is professional, highly qualified, and most importantly honest and trustworthy. He worked on my fridge for several hours and was very upfront letting me know that the fridge may beyond repair. After working on the fridge, it was determined the compressor was too damaged and it would have been too costly to repair- especially since we’ve had issues with this Samsung since purchase in 2018. He charged me a reasonable service call fee since he could not complete the job. I would highly recommend him for any repair.

Mohammed arrived promptly, correctly assessed the issue with our fridge (something 2 other companies had failed to do), fixed it quickly and for half the price of the larger repair, cleaned up after himself, and communicated exactly what he was going to do before he did it. If I had listened to those other guys, we may have found ourselves unnecessarily replacing our fridge! I would 100% use him for other appliance repairs.

Upon his arrival he placed boot covers over his shoes and entered my kitchen with clean neatly stored tools. Further, he was transparent as he evaluated the unit. My Samsung dishwasher would should off mid cycle and I wasn’t sure why. I contacted Appliance Repair DMV and after a second look, it was confirmed that a wire was cut (probably during installation). Appliance Repair DMV was reasonable, professional, and flexible with my schedule to resolve the issue.
