Mohammad was great! Had an issue where my washing machine was not draining. He troubleshot to determine most to least likely root cause. And when an additional part was needed, he sourced it and came back on a weekend to finish the repair. Pricing was reasonable and he was pretty communicative with scheduling and arrival times.

I hope that nothing else in my house breaks, but if it does, I will use him again

Sami is awesome! Super willing to go above and beyond what is required to solve issues with our appliances. This is probably the 3rd or 4th time his company has come to our house to fix issues and we are always happy with the excellent service we receive. They have usually been able to accommodate us within a day or 2 and always come within the promised timeframe. Most other companies are so quick to defer the issue to someone else and leave without fixing the issue; however, Sami and his team not only fix the issue, but they tell you how to easily prevent and maintain the appliances so that you don't have a repeat issue. If any other complications should arise, they even offer to provide assistance after they leave. Without any hesitation, I recommend this company to solve the headache that comes with owning appliances!

Went through our home warranty company and the service technician never came to our home. Did a diagnosis over the phone and said they would order the parts. They told us 7-10 business days. Three weeks later no call or follow up and when I called they told me to go online for any updates. After I prodded her she told me the supplier doesn’t have the parts and they don’t have an ETA.

As folks can see through the numerous complaints this company is not only unprofessional, but rude, lazy, and not worthy of being in business. I will be filing a complaint with my home warranty company, the local chamber of commerce, and the Better Business Bureau.

Sami got the job done earlier than expected!! My heating element was fried on my oven and he had to order the part for it to be replaced a week before Christmas. He showed up on a Monday and had it installed on Friday!! It was a big surprise because it was done so quickly!! Very professional and very friendly!! I wish I could give him ten ⭐️ for this review!!

I called their office after they had closed on Friday evening and then sent an email. Although they were fully booked the next day on Saturday, Sami squeezed me in and was able to come out and fix my dryer.
He was professional and knowledgeable. And although it was just a dryer I appreciate the fact that he was able to come out on a weekend after only getting my request the night before.

My dryer broke and I called Appliance Protection to get a quote. Sami was very helpful in explaining the possible cause and solution. The next day he came out and fixed my dryer for a reasonable price. I would use their services again.

I called and was able to get an appointment within a couple of days. The technician showed up on time and kept me aware of the work he was doing. He fixed the dishwasher’s issue and followed up the next day to ensure all was satisfactory. Highly recommended!

These guys did a great job on my washing machine repair. They showed up on time and were nice to work with. After the repair they cleaned up nicely and verified with me that everything was good. Would recommend and use again in the future.

I called Sami in the morning, my
microwave wasn’t working, very quick response. Despite being busy with his busy schedule he still managed to squeeze me in, he came in the same day within a couple of hours and had my microwave working again, explaining step by step on what he was doing. He was very professional, understanding, showed me exactly what I needed to do. He was very courteous,
prompt, and very thorough with everything that he was doing. I really appreciate his help.

Sami and his apprentice did a great job fixing my fridge. They arrived within an hour and a half of the service window and were respectful and professional. They informed me of the issue and the work they were performing. I really appreciated that!

A technician came to my home and checked out the refrigerator as it was leaking water, the ice machines aren’t working, and a few other problems. He told me he’d order parts and come back within 7-10 days. I wait 2 weeks no call or response to my inquiry. I call my home warranty company and was told Appliance Protection LLC hadn’t submitted documentation yet. I called I guess the owner and left a voicemail asking he call me because I had been waiting for 2 weeks, and if I didn’t hear back I would cancel my order and go with another contractor. They reported to my warranty company the refrigerator was broken because it’s “misused and abused.” If that was the case why did the technician say he would order parts if he knew the claim would be denied???? Maybe 4 days after the technician was at my house he called me to “confirm” the fridge model/serial number for parts. He never took the information to be able to confirm it in the first place. Totally unprofessional. I know how company’s like this one works if they’re dealing w warranty. If it doesn’t pay they what they’d like they submit info to get the claim denied because it’s not worth their time. There’s no way that my family “misused/abused” the fridge we’ve only been using for a year when the floor around the fridge has significant damage. Garbage customer service and their lack of follow up is horrendous. Do not recommend!!!

They came out through ahs. The gentleman looked at my Samsung dishwasher and said I needed a control board, he would order the part and it would take 7-10 days to come in. Around day 7 I called to see if they knew when it would come in. The lady got real quiet and said someone would call me about it. About 1.5 hours later ahs sends an email saying my contractor cancelled the request. I then spend 45 min. On the phone with ahs to find out this horrible company can’t fix a Bosch which is funny because I own a samsung. They never ordered the part, never told ahs. Only reason they did it today is because I called. Meanwhile I’ve been without a working dishwasher thinking it was being handled and it wasn’t. They are not a competent company and cannot be trusted to order parts.
