I would give negative stars if possible. We were referred through Cinch, and this was a complete disaster. One visit turned into multiple failed “repairs” with zero resolution. Unprofessional, dishonest, and a complete waste of time. The technician even admitted he gets paid just to show up—which says everything about this company.

Do not use them. Cinch should seriously reconsider partnering with a company like this.

I see a trend in the reviews. A warranty company assigns Moonstar to fix a problem, in our case a refrigerator.

They are simply awful. They refused to return phone calls from either the warranty company or my direct pleads for their assistance.

They mis-diagnosed the repair issue to begin with then left us in the cold communication wise for over a week. If you are assigned this company, immediately call your warranty service to ask for a different provider, they literally drove me the point of nearly cancelling my policy based on how poorly they performed especially the lack of communication.

I wish I could give 0/5 stars.

Don't waste your time!!

Bad service was sent by our warranty service and didn’t explain the diagnostic of the problem detected. Try calling them and no respond….

The worst company to work with. Delays everything. Almost 6 six weeks. Have not fix my refrigerator

Cheaters, fraud. They told totally wrong information to the insurance company. I am going to file a complaint in dpor against them. They should take their license away.

zero professionalism, he only charged $125.00 to go see the washing machine and he did not repair it, nor did the technician carry any tools

This company lied to my warranty company and said they fixed something and they never even ordered a part! They wouldn't return my phone calls. Very bad, don't use them.

Terrible service. Avoid this business at all costs. They never returned to install the parts and falsely reported to AHS that the job was completed. Now they are out of the country, and no one has been available to address the issue for the past 30 days. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

I have them through my Samsung warranty....I read their terrible reviews & was hesitant to have them in my home ... but they are very professional & knowledgeable...I will use them for future use as well..I think mr Musa is right about warranty claims being denied & all the blame goes on the moonstar company & their friendly technicians... I suggest you try their service & see for yourself...don't Judge book by its cover ...don't trust these reviews & hire them & look for yourself ...thank mr Musa & moonstar team!!!

Most deceitful, unethical business I’ve ever worked with. Have them on video lying to us. Screened my phone calls, never responded to us, lied to our home warranty company thus voiding our claim. Run away from this business at all costs. If there was a way I could report them to the police, I would. If you don’t believe me, go read the countless Yelp reviews detailing their dishonest business practices.
