Like others, my home warranty company assigned my wall oven repair to Moonstar. They came quickly (within a day of being assigned) and were prompt for the appointment. Within two minutes of arrival for the appointment, the tech assessed that a replacement part was needed. Although the tech advised that it would take some time to receive the part (due to the holidays), I was happy that it seemed to be a relatively easy fix. A little over a week later I get a message from my warranty company that the case was closed stating that it was working fine. WHAT? We're waiting for the part!

I called Moonstar, spoke with a female who said that she would check with the tech and give me a call back. Laughable that I didn't receive a call back from them but then they gave the warranty company an update that they're not finding an issue since the unit works fine but it needs a second opinion. REALLY? If it worked fine I wouldn't have paid a deductible and had you come out! Now I'm two+ weeks into this issue w/my stove that randomly tries to power itself on.

I have spoken to my warranty company to explain what really happened and another company has been assigned. I would NOT recommend Moonstar Appliance to anyone and encourage warranty companies to find another vendor.

Two weeks now and no answer on phone - came out to fix dryer - paid deposit 30 days ago. Now phone is turned off - never received a call. NOT A LEGIT BUSINESS.

Extremely unreliable. Still waiting for my microwave to be fixed after a month and a half. They dodge phone calls and emails. Don’t waste your time.

Scheduling was a little slow, but once the appointment was made, all went as planned. Courteous, identified problem with microwave and fixed quickly. I am very pleased with the service.

Came through AHS, worked exactly as it should, they provided a professional who did the repairs according to the contract quick and painless. Worked perfect. Id call them even if I didnt have AHS.

Very unprofessional and the technicians are bunch of liars. Office neither picks up your call or returns your call. In fact, they don't care about their own reputation or anything. I'm not sure how they are in business; perhaps only work for few loyal customers.

The technician for the appointment for exhaust fan repair. He called and stated that he would call back, no call! This is a very unreliable and unprofessional company. I do not recommend the use of Silver Star Appliance for any service or repair issues.

Mr.Ali called us to confirm the appointment as soon as we got it, he gave us an update before he came, fixed my dishwasher leak in 10 mins, waited for a while till he is making sure problem is fixed. I should have got this done earlier. Thank you!!
