We could not be happier with how the entire project turned out! The professionalism of Dave, Jamie, Santiago and the rest of the crew was great and it was pretty amazing to come home from work each day and see how far the project progressed.

As concerns popped up, the team was quick to respond and address/correct any issues, which we definitely appreciate. Additionally, as the project progressed, the lead contractor was great to recommend some small changes which made all the difference...something we could not have done or even see.

In the beginning, we chose MAC on a recommendation from a friend and was most definitely the right decision (with other options/quotes) and would recommend them to others (which we did).

Can speak highly enough about the work done by Erick and his team at Mid Atlantic. Had siding replaced from storm damage. And was even able to redo my front porch with Cedar. All within the money I told him I had to spend. This was the second time I had MAC out for work on my house. And will hire a third and fourth time if needed. His prices were much more reasonable than some of the other quotes I got for the same siding material. And can say the compliments from the neighbors are still coming 2+ weeks after the work has been completed.

Mid-Atlantic did a great job on our deck! Great communication throughout the process, very flexible with our schedule and some weather challenges to get the job done. Always had good answers for all our questions and left things looking clean. They even planted some new grass for us because the rain made it muddy and messed up our yard (not their fault).

Mid Atlantic Construction specializing in exterior home improvements performed 5 stars insurance claim storm damage roof replacement for me in November 2018 at a property I represent in Falls Church. Crew was highly skilled and supremely choreographed. MAC office was equal quality. Easy to work with, excellent, clearly understandable paperwork and they are experts at navigating insurance company pedantry.

We had hail damage from the June storm and needed a new roof and soft metals on our house. MidAtlantic Contracting was amazing!! Erik was excellent to work with and the crew was able to completely re-do our roof with new shingles and all new plywood in only 2 days. 100% recommend MidAtlantic for your home roofing and exterior needs.

Mid Atlantic removed our 30 year old deck and built a new, safer, bigger, upgraded one with Trex decking and rail system. Complicated job with high elevation, difficult access in yard, a bridge, and large staircase with intermediate landing. Dave, the sales rep, was responsive, friendly, and great to deal with. Cost seems very reasonable. Work started on time and quickly after the contract was signed. Work crew was always on time, friendly, worked very hard, and did outstanding work. Highly recommend this company. We are getting a quote for a paver patio now.

This is a company that truly earned our trust. From the very first estimate appointment with Erick to the day-to-day conversations with Jamie, they did right by us at every turn. The team was polite, friendly, and kept the workspace clean throughout the entire project. Any concerns that popped up were handled immediately, and they went out of their way to make sure we were happy/comfortable.

We recently had MidAtlantic Contracting Inc put on a new Trex deck to replace our old wood deck. The crew was outstanding. They were on time every day and we have never had a crew work so hard! Even our neighbors commented on how quickly and professional the team was. They removed the old deck within a day (not an easy task). They then worked the next 4 days and put up the new deck in less than a week. The home office was also incredible in coordinating all the required county permits and scheduling the county inspections. We love the new deck! Thank you MidAtlantic Contracting.

MidAtlantic replaced our siding which started to fail after a poor install from a previous company. They were great, offered a number of options, never pressured, and were very reasonable in pricing. Supplies came quickly and install was great. We wish they did interior work, which is our next project. Very highly recommend!

I'm not sure if the fact that I can on Friday night was the difference, or perhaps the moon was aligned in the right place. But I probably interacted with three separate employees here and each and every one of them were extra nice to me. From my experience, niceness is not usually a characteristic of these stores. Here at this store tonight it was. Notable James in the paint department really went above and beyond with the friendliest demeanor that I have probably ever encountered at one of these stores. I purchased two different types of stains. I also needed to get some deck sealer and only one container was on the shelf. His colleague in the paint department, used a ladder to pull down additional sealer, so I could get the two containers that I needed. Give these guys a bonus please!

Good spot too get great ideas for the house...

I appreciate them coming out but, the materials were already purchased with the intention of doing the work myself. I realized the work was more than I was cable of compelting. They will not help us unless I purchase flooring from them. I can't return the materials I already purchased as I have opened them. Seems like bad business to me.

Amazing work. We had a roof leak that affected 2 levels after the ice storm this year. Marlon was able to get us an estimate quickly and the work and his crew were top notch.

Great amazing results and attention to details! Project was on time , on budget. Will definitely hire again.
