Erick and his crew did a superb effort replacing our roof, gutters, and shutters. They are an A+ company. Met schedule, all three crew members were professional, the products used on roof were latest products designed to aid in mitigating heat entry into house, and cleaned up when done. We recommend you give MidAtlantic a chance if you need roofing repairs.

The owner worked with me on the amount my homeowners insurance claim had paid to install the new roof initially. They then communicated with the insurance adjuster directly. They did a wonderful job on all the work they did on my roof and gutters! The guys came out and worked hard and organized. They were very pleasant while working and cleaned everything up when they were finished. I did not have to worry about anything! I’m very satisfied and highly recommend them to my family and friends. MidAtlantic was recommended to us by a friend in the building industry. Our older roof had issues after a heavy storm, but our initial communications with our homeowner’s insurance company proved unfruitful. MidAtlantic came out on multiple occasions to support our claim and we were ultimately approved for a replacement. They talked us through our options, coordinated the various facets of the project, communicated with us throughout, and timely completed the work. It was a big job and their hard work made the process much less stressful than it could have been.

After researching many contractors and wanting to stay with a local business, we selected MidAtlantic Contracting Inc to install a deck on our townhouse. We have had an excellent experience with them. Everyone has been really great to work with from first contact for our quote to our warranty paperwork when our project was finished. They were professional, timely, produced quality work and kept us informed each step of the way through our project. Thanks to Dave, Kelsey, Lindsay and the crew, we will be enjoying our beautiful deck for years to come. We wouldn't hesitate to contact MidAtlantic Contracting for future projects (we plan to!) and would recommend them to our family and friends.

I had an amazing experience with MidAtlantic Contracting! Erick worked directly with my insurance company to replace my roof, and so we decided to hire them to replace 46 windows on our home. There were 2 special order windows that we needed and it came out perfectly, no mistakes! The customer service was outstanding, and the product was exactly what I was looking for. I was so pleased with the service I received from Erick, Amber, and Lindsay: they exceeded all of our expectations! We are ready to hire them for my next few projects soon!

Updated 2023: I liked working with Mid Atlantic so much that I gave them more business to include interior painting, a deck replacement and a fence replacement. Everything was done to perfection and at a great price once again. They are top in the business as far as I'm concerned.

I normally write reviews only when I’m either really unhappy or really amazed by a company. THIS IS HANDS DOWN ONE OF THE BEST companies I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. From start to finish, Erik the owner was incredibly honest and helpful. I needed a new roof, new skylights, and a window reframed. And I needed it done asap since my roof and window were leaking and it was raining all the time. Erik and his staff were efficient with sending the necessary documents and got me scheduled within days! We talked about every detail until I was comfy with the work and the contract. Everything looks great and the job was done in one day! My standards are very high, so when I recommend a company, it really does mean a lot. Heaven knows there are plenty of companies I would never recommend. I even offered for them to use me as a “live” reference, which I rarely offer. I would definitely hire them again.

Work done: Complete roof replacement, 3-dimensional architectural shingles, and all new gutters on a two-story single-family home.

MidAtlantic was fantastic. From the start of the estimate which was a fair market value. The person who came out to do the estimate was fair, on time, courteous and at no point did I feel that I was being taken advantage of. Everything the estimator said was reasonable and factual. They will work with your insurance company to help you get your roof covered to the best of their ability.

The front office staff were pleasant and easy to reach and accommodating. The actual crews that came out to do the work were on time, courteous and professional. Very knowledgeable of what they were doing and took care not to damage my house. Any questions I had, they answered and completed the job and a very reasonable and valid time for the size of the roof. Gutter crew were just as good with all the same accolades.

Would absolutely recommend them to anyone asking for a fair and reliable company to do their roof or gutters. You will be happy you did!!

The crew was fantastic! On time, did a great job and cleaned up the work site every day! Erick and rhe office staff communicated often, were professional and informative. The siding and trim look fantastic! We are so very pleased! Highly recommended them for any and all siding work!

They tore out our old deck and replaced it with a new one. Dave was courteous and made himself available for all our concerns during the process. The cost was comparable to others in the area and the crew worked quickly. We love the finished product.

MidAtlantic had performed repairs to my roof after another company failed to fix my leak. More than a year later I called and spoke with Amber about a possible warranty repair. Amber was very courteous and helpful and quickly retrieved the records of my previous work they had done. Within 24 hours Erick quickly evaluated the issue and made the repair - no charge. I always see MidAtlantic signs and crews in my neighborhood and they have a terrific word-of-mouth reputation for efficiency and quality. Job well done!

My wife and I watched MidAtlantic install our neighbor’s roof directly across from our house, and was blown away away by their professionalism and cleanliness; so we had them give us an estimate, which was reasonable and fair. And since our roof had been leaking for over a year and the tarp I put up wasn’t holding the water back, it was time. MidAtlantic was honest and forthright about possible under-deck damage repairs (wood slats under the shingles that could not be seen). The provided me with a picture of each board that needed replacing and a picture of the final repair. I am amazed at the fact that the roof didn't have more leaks than it did originally.
They were always in touch with me about possible weather delays and met all schedules.
MidAtlantic is a very professional company, their people are professional and courteous, and they meet all their commitments. I am 100% satisfied with the bid process, their work ethic, and their transparency. Their pricing was excellent (mid-range) which was a value-add to me.

Had a deck and screened porch built by MidAtlantic Contracting and I love how it turned out. The screened porch is hands down my favorite place to sit, especially on cool days. It's super relaxing and just what I was hoping for.

We unfortunately had a small leak in our roof that was difficult to detect and find but Mid Atlantic Contracting took great care of us. Very professional, arrived on time if not even a little early and was very efficient in completing the work. The jobsite was also cleaned very thoroughly and they even used blowers to help clean up. Also wore shoe coverings without us ever asking. Highly recommended. Absolutely will be saving their info for the future. Kudos to everyone at MAC. Lindsay and Amber were a pleasure to work with and always answered the phone and responded to emails in 10 minutes!! Can't say enough positive things.
