Very impressed with the quality of work done by Lightspeed. Technicians were very skilled and knowledgeable from initial assessment to restoration and repair. The administration team were very responsive and accommodating . Will recommend to anyone needing water restoration repairs within Northern Virginia area.

Great service and competitive price. Gabe and Ted were knowledgeable, courteous and professional. They treated my house like it was their own and explained what they were doing throughout the process.

Radon Remediation- just want to give Kudos to Raul, Jaime and Walter for their excellent work they did installing our Radon Remediation system. They were excellent on communicating their arrival times. They came the first day when it was raining and set up the system to be functional. AdvantaClean did not want to risk climbing ladders in the rain and we reschedule a completion date that fit my schedule. It looks great. We choose the company mainly by Dan. He came to our home to give us a free estimate. He was very knowledgable and answered all our questions and explained the process. His professionalism sold us.

Absolutely amazing! After a heavy rain recently, water entered our basement and the owner showed up late that night to assess the damage. He returned the following day and throughout the weekend to ensure corrective measures were working. The owner was communicative, knowledgeable, and had excellent customer service. Although not something I want to experience in the future, I’ve definitely saved the company’s information for any such needs going forward and would highly recommend them to others who need such services. Lightspeed cleaned the air ducts and mini splits in my home on 5/23/25. The techs arrived early (so on time) and were ready to get to work! The techs were professional but friendly and went about their work deliberately— doing a thorough job, without wasting time.

Couldn’t be more pleased with the exceptional work done by Tedd, Gabe, and Steven. They were extremely efficient and incredibly friendly. Regardless of some of the messes that were made by my family prior to them coming to work on the house, they had zero trouble getting the job done the right way. Very pleased with radon mitigation service. Chris explained the process thoroughly and provided a detailed estimate. We were able to get an install appointment in a timely manner. The install team — Gabe and Jaydon — was fantastic. The did solid work and cleaned up the area beautifully (no cinderblock/brick dust for me to deal with). They completely the entire job in about 6 hours, just as we were told. Radon levels are now consistently in the 0.00 to 0.75 range, far below the guaranteed limit of 4.00 (per EPA recommendation), which is amazing considering our previous levels were in the 6.00-9.00 range before service.

We had a water leak that left damp in our ceiling, and Lightspeed cut out the damaged drywall, sprayed for mold/mildew, and left a dehumidifier and industrial fan to remove the moisture. Before removing the drywall, the gentleman thoroughly covered and taped plastic sheeting, so that no drywall dust spread anywhere outside the area. And the gentleman who repaired the drywall did an excellent job. You can't tell that there was a repair, it's seamless.

Dan was highly recommended by 2 other real estate agents and by another mold remediation specialist who did not service the zip code needed. Fantastic! They really are Light Speed, as they were able to come out that same day. Highly knowledgeable on mold and used several instruments to determine if there was a problem. They also do air tests, with results the next day. Dan and Chris have been out to our home and they are both wonderful. Highly recommend them and the company!
