Every component of the process was performed to perfection including scheduling, estimating, accommodating the need to accelerate the schedule, complete the work exactly as estimated, provided military discount, and picking up air scrubber gear on a weekend to finalize the job!!

The personnel called before appointment with time of arrival. Showed up on time and did a complete home review prior to work. Workers used drop canvas to move equipment on to avoid scratching floors.

They were quick and efficient in removing vents and performing the cleaning service.

I was very stressed over the mold growing in my garage from rain sweeping in due to shingle damage. I already had bad experiences with local contractors and was weary of dealing with anyone. Dan came in, walked through the area, went into the ceiling crawl space, analyzed and explained the situation. The quote was fair and very detailed. Raul and Luis came out and spent a good 6 hours removing the mold, drywall and insulation. They left the areas cleaner than it was when they started the work. Dan came back a few days later, gave me the updated (and lower priced invoice) packed out the remaining equipment and wished me well. Very professional team and I truly appreciated all of their work.

Dan and his team did an outstanding job getting rid of our mold issue in the basement carpet. Dan was very responsive, knowledgeable and had his team on the job within days. We told him we had guests coming over and this was a pretty urgent matter. They did a great job identifying the issue and remediating it.
I know they also do radon testing and remediation so they've earned our business for our annual radon testing as well!

This is a great company to work with! We bought a new home and knew there were potential mold problems. Dan gave us a very fair estimate, did not try to oversell us, and had his team complete the work in a timely manner. We had an asbestos scare midway through-AdvantaClean tested and it came back negative, thankfully-but even that ordeal was made easier than expected. Highly recommend and would call again without hesitation!

AdvantaClean did a great job in all aspects. The office staff & duct/vent cleaning staff were courteous, timely & professional. I'm very glad we added the clothes dryer vent line cleaning to our initial request for house duct cleaning. The vent line buildup was nearing a hazardous level. I would definitely use AdvantaClean again & have recommended them to friends.

We had concerns about mold being in our air ducts after our furnace died and a tech noted mold inside the furnace. We reached out to 8 different companies to ask about duct cleaning and to express our concerns about mold in the ducts. All of the companies but two said they only do duct cleaning and can't address mold concerns. Of those two, AdvantaClean was the only one that came out to take a look and provide an estimate. The other company just provided a quote over the phone and didn't provide much reassurance that their cleaning/treatment would address our concerns. Dan took the time to do a visual inspection and although he couldn't see any mold visible, he recommended an anti microbial treatment to address any that may be present but not visible. Their quote was extremely competitive relative to the other companies that only did duct cleaning but no antimicrobial treatment. The techs showed up on time and were efficient. Our house was left smelling and feeling fresh and clean! We are very pleased with the work by AdvantaClean :)
